Little bit confused…native of the area. If you started in Brighton you would have gone through Brighton, Novi, and Farmington which are all wonderful suburbs before it starts to drop off as you continue on Grand River towards downtown.

I appreciate your feedback on this. Yes I actually realized after filming this that my geographics of the area could’ve been picked a bit better. It was my first time ever even being in Michigan and I could’ve research this one more hence why this video didn’t do as good as my other ones usually do but I do appreciate the feedback. It’s all a learning experience. Please sub if you like my content

@@sergethepurge9259 Video was very good and will subscribe. Urge you to revisit! East of downtown and near the Jefferson Assembly plant for the hoods. You can drive from the hood near the plant straight into Grosse Pointe (completely different) which makes for an interest contrast. Different suburbs to check out would be north of the city: Royal Oak (trending towards upscale urban with a funky side), Birmingham (very upscale urban), Ferndale (funky urban), Bloomfield Hills/Northville/Novi/Troy for nice suburban living. Dearborn and Hamtramck are super interesting too with their demographics.
