I don’t think I’ll be able to make it to Americade this year, but my suggestion would be to buy one of the packages , I purchased the $150 dollar package and I felt it was worth it . You will have to do it soon as they sell out. You will have to pick a guided tour, and you will be able to get into the demo bike area 2 hours before anyone else , plus free parking and at shirt .
I think we stayed at lake George camping village , it worked out fine , just tell them not to put you past the big hill, ( it’s a pain in the ass on a bike ). I wish I would have filmed that
Hey brother , we stayed at Warrensburg travel park and river front campground, just outside of lake George , ( like 5 minutes). I believe it was $59 a night , I was traveling with my buddy , so we put 2 bikes and two tents on one spot and split it $30 bucks each …. Not bad . And since it was just outside of lake George it was empty. Just don’t take a spot down the “hill”. That’s where ours was because we always ask for the most secluded spot. However, the “hill” is no joke, pretty damn steep and a lot of rock not fun on a touring bike, so just stay prior to the hill
