Their summer is January and February. December can be warm as well.

It's very reasonable if you are coming from the States. Nothing like California prices

If you want to live in a good place( nearby the sea) a big house and enjoy life, something like 1500 US$ for a family of 2 or 3 people( rent and monthly expenses including)
