Great review. Against stiff competition, your intros continue to set the standard. Bonus points for getting off the beaten-track. MIA: better than Tampa?
You are supposedly to have flagship lounge access because you came on a LAX to MIA flight. Sometimes you have to point it out to the lounge rep because it doesn't always pop up when they scan your boarding pass.
Funnily enough they actually scanned my arrival boarding pass too (I brought the wrong one up on my phone) and they didn’t say boo. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Weird that you only got a snack service. The last time I took this flight I got full service - hot towel, nuts, hot meal choices, and ice cream sundae. Also from my AA experience, the LAX, DFW, and JFK based crews are most always very good, and MIA crew are more often not great.
Unbelievable that they would give only snacks on an international business class seat. I flew into Miami airport in 2018 while en route to Cuba which was a great experience (both the airport in Miami and Cuba!!). My only experience with Columbia was a wonderful person by the name of Carmen who came to our eighth grade class after immigrating to NYC with her family from Columbia back in 1968. She was 15 while we were all 14 and with she being really stunning she became the love of all the boys in the class!
Great review and video! You are way too generous with the cleanliness score of 7. AA you better watch this video and clean the seats up. The dust, food crumbs and liquid stains on the seat were just filthy.
Wondering if it was because the flight was at 9pm that they only gave out snacks🤷♀️ No excuse for inattentive Cabin Crew nor a dirty plane. Do Americans realise that there national carriers are not that great? just curious. 👍
I’d say… the majority are aware… but also probably won’t fly foreign carriers unless they had to. Kinda like how most Americans acknowledge Japanese or German cars are generally more reliable… but continue to buy Chevys 😂
Yes same here. For a 21:00 departure on a 3 hour flight I’ll survive with the snacks- for the service, my best guess is this was a reserve crew which were assigned to the flight at the last minute… and weren’t too happy about it 😆 thanks for watching 🙏🏻
