I have flown the AA Airbus A321 and A321EOW, both in seat 3F. The seat features are exactly the same - the difference appears in the FAA rating for over water travel, it does not change the seat features.
American Airlines Domestic First Class on Airbus a321 are rows 1-5. Not as nice as International Business class (lie flat seats, 1-2-1 lay out & much more private)but much more room than economy, seats recline more and full meal service.
