Nice recipe. I only very quickly seer the salmon for a few seconds, just enough to lightly caramelize the outside, and purposely leave the inside undone. Once the sauce has come to a boil, I completely remove it from the heat and stir in all the fish and seafood. The residual heat of the sauce cooks the ingredients through. Thanks for your recipe.
