This is the best method that I was able to achieve to have a silky smooth, grain free and not too sweet American buttercream frosting.
it is super simple to make and its so delicious.
ingredients
454 g of unsalted butter at room temperature
350 g of icing sugar
80 g of boiling water
2 teaspoons of vanilla
chocolate American buttercream recipe (easy, smooth, grain free)

IMPORTANT NOTE
If you’re going to use this buttercream on cake reduce the boiling water to 60 g and you will have firmer buttercream .
