120 g butter (4.3 oz, 82%)
50 g white sugar (1.8 oz)
50 g cane sugar (1.8 oz)
50 g eggs (1 egg)
6 g of baking powder (1 tsp.)
pinch of salt
160 g flour (5.7 oz)
100 g of dark or milk chocolate (3.6 oz)
Prepare cookies.
1. Beat butter, add sugar and egg, mix.
2. Mix flour with baking powder and salt, add to butter and egg, mix.
3. Add half of the crushed chocolate, stir to combine.
4. Form into balls the size of walnuts, place on parchment. Place the second half of the crushed chocolate on top of the cookies.
5. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15 minutes.
