American Express bosses needs to have a chat with each of those unprofessional members of staff. The way they talked, swore and harassed a member of the public was disgusting. For all they knew AB could have been the CEO of AE.

No she wasn’t. She was not interested in ABs explanation and took the side of the American Express employees telling him he needed to be aware of their concerns and feelings. I bet she didn’t tell them he has every right to film in public and not to waste police time. She was one of the most uninformed I have seen. She was just barely courteous.

The first security guard was insane, the American Express ladies were even more insane. This is crazy how corporations are being protected by the publicly funded police as against the public that funds the police. It is like paying for an item and the item is delivered to someone else. Firefighters are the ones we should tell our Children to look up to. They risk it all anytime they go out to save others & they’re usually always so humble & friendly I knew a group in my Gym in 2012 & they worked by my old job when I was new in the gym they used to give me spots & encourage me & always said hi to me at work 💯👌🏻

the PCSO was one of the most pleasant ive ever seen in these kinds of videos. she deserves to get promoted, but at the same time, being pleasant and professional and amicable and compromising isnt the psychological profile for this kind of job, and rising through its ranks.

Most places don't accept American Express due to their high fees. I had one once and nearly ended up washing the dishes in restaurants. I tore it up and got a Visa card instead.
I love how no-one takes the time to ever question why someone of malicious intent would stick around and walk over to join in on conversations about their prescence there. The fact the firefighters respected you says it all. They are to be genuinely respected and are great compared to the police and to private businesses.

I have had this experience, and I'm not even an auditor. They acted crazy. They were so intimidated they came out shouting at the public. Furthermore, they have lied to the police. Real evil credit card company who would have thought.

@rogerborg she said that she had it on her phone, which we have found in other videos is what some forces now do even though it's not technically correct. Is that her fault or her inspectors? She did say that she would check up on that, She did forget about the bwc, but tell me how many PCSO'S (or constables) actually state that they are recording? She listened to AB without demands, talking over him, calling for backup and only stated what she was told without really taking sides. You show me a load of PCSO'S behaving better on video and I will retract my statement.

She was still taking the side of the large corporate entity over the individual law abiding member of the public with her trying to tell AB to stay out of the Reception area and trying to tell him that he had alarmed them. I would expect that if she'd been with an actual constable, she would stand by and do nothing if the constable started abusing AB's rights.

When I applied to be a police officer some 50 yrs ago tattoos were not permitted to be on show outside the uniform and you had to be a minimum height physically fit and a healthy weight. How, things have changed.

pcso done well i think, she approched and spoke with respect, she tried to neutralise the sitution and seemed ok to listen and take onboard advice. Ontop of that she had a good sense of humor and had no need to accept any walk of shame. American express staff have embarressed the company
