You should add sexual assault since she did a search of your body, she probably thinks because she is a woman she will get away with it, and she probably has so you refusing to report her is like a rape victim refusing to report a rape, they allow it to happen to other victims. this is serious mate, push this issue.
What amazed me is they're on camera and still break their own policy with regard to sunglasses, which leads me to believe they don't fear repercussions.
@@moby1388 Low IQ store room sausage massager. Goes a long way in the pervert police. Most are swingers and freemasons. That lot stick together. In more ways than one.
Decorating herself with childish knick-knacks tells me everything I need to know about her lack of professionalism and her vapid attitude. She's another one who joined the force just so she can make up laws as she goes along to feed her ego. I wonder how many real criminals she's apprehended and arrested. I suspect her tally is zero.
Liability insurance would work as a perfect way of self regulating who serves as a police officer. Each claim/displinary/complaint would cause renewal's to increase thus eventually pricing out the bad one's of a job
its the woke look. she looks woke. you can tell if anyones woke as fuck just by how stupid they look. most of the with broccoli haircuts or curly hair too.
I have been a fan of Auditing videos for quite some time now. I have never seen a pair of thicker, absolutely clueless embarrassments in a police uniform ever. The Met Commander must be so proud of the recruitment process.
Another great video AB. What an embarrassment of a Police force we have. One would think that they would get the proper training and would be accountable for their mistakes.
1. Failure to notify you they were recording. 2. Failure to adhere to their uniform policy (sunglasses, sticker & hair). 3. Failure to follow GOWISELY procedure, which includes informing you of all the necessary details before performing the search. 4. Section 42 is not even a search power. 5. No reasonable grounds for the search. 6. Unnecessary and needlessly prolonged use of handcuffs. 7. Inappropriate touching multiple times. 8. Falsely claiming you need to provide your name for a search record. 9. Copying details from your private paperwork. 10. Keeping you detained after the search had been completed. 11. May as well add their bad parking to the list too. They struggle to get anything right. Pretty standard behaviour from the Met. Thanks AB for another video showing the world how police completely disregard the law and their own policies while casually violating innocent peoples rights.
AB, i expect your bored of taking legal action against these clowns by now but please do, its the only way they will learn. The only thing they really care about is money.
AB didn't seem as aggrivated after the search as he usually is... Sad to see it becoming so common that he's not surprised or even angry enough about it to show it.
@@sirlordbabish3873 Still would not identify name, address and D.O.B. which is what police are addicted to retrieving on any stop and account or stop and search
And sexual abuse as well. Aren't male officers supposed to search males. Imagine the uproar if a male copper deliberately or even accidentally touched a female's bits five times during a search. Are there different rules for female cops?
@@craigfowler7098 I also noted her saying spread your legs a few times too, something I have never heard before when they have searched an auditor I have watched and as you say with a male officer present why did she have to search AB and touch his private parts in the process.
John Fisher He isn't thick may play being a bit slow but it counter his colleagues 'I'll do what I want attitude.' They are slow to learn but someday they will regret treating people the way they do.
@@SuckasNeverPlayMe Well it made me laugh, which is what jokes are supposed to do; I loved it! I don't understand the 'bin lid' concept; I assume it is an idiom from Cymru?
Truly, the funniest bit was when the exasperated copper, fearing he had lost control of AB, said, 'Oh, please don't go and...' as AB walked off to investigate what the 'they' police officer was doing in the car...@29:17. The whole interaction was a bit of genius from beginning to end.
Please sue them AB. They have nothing but contempt for the public…. She is ignorant of the terrorism act (42!!!😂) and she is failing to abide by the Met Police uniform policy! He should have searched you, not his penis snatching side kick. This is an absolute abuse of power.
Unbelievable! A female officer conducting a body search when a male officer is standing there? Citing the Anti-terrorism Act to justify a clearly wrongful detention? Forcing you to play the gender/pronoun game does not apply to a police officer's interactions with the public. It calls into question the whole detention and search. Britain is a police state. Whether the enforcers are pleasant or not is not relevant.
The way this Quota Hire went straight to ABs penis during the search and the kept at it suggests to me she was game for it. After all it's not unknown for The Met to be an Equal Opportunities Employer of creeps, perverts, sexual predators, rapists, murderers and general low-life advocates and Only Fans Entrepreneurs and irrespective of whether the public would call them 'dirty old men', cougars' or 'Schofields'.
Section 43 aka the terrorism act specifically states that filming alone CANNOT be used for grounds of suspicion. As such both of these dumb pigs have breached Section 43, committed illegal detainment, illegal search & assault. You should be filling charges charges against them accordingly.
"Section 43 aka the terrorism act specifically states that filming alone CANNOT be used for grounds of suspicion". If you read the act, it says no such thing. Police guidance may say that but that would just be guidance, not law.
Section 43 says nothing about filming in it's wording. The only thing that addresses filming and photography in regards to section 43 searches is the provisions in their code of practice. It does not state what you say. It just states that officers should not automatically consider filming/photography as suspicious behaviour. It doesn't say they CANNOT. That said, do I think they had reasonable grounds to suspect AB was a terrorist. Absolutely not. It is this factor that would make it an unlawful detainment.
@@treewitch666 just proves they don’t know sections of PACE then. Total abuse of authority by the female cop and should not have searched him while a male cop was present to do so.
The copper needs to reflect on which powers he can use and which he should use. Being polite is all well and good but smiling while you infringe on someone's human rights is in some ways worse, it means he thinks what's happening is normal and / or acceptable. That was clear in the closing conversation after the search - he compared a camera to a knife. At least when they get all riled up it highlights how inappropriate they are for the job and hopefully ruins some of their careers.
They are not looking for anything related to terrorism, they simply want your details and are hoping to find them by searching you. They will bend any rules to get someone’s details.
The thing that boilsmy blood is, what exactly are they even looking for? I mean apart from a terrorist organisation membership card, there is nothing that will tell them the person they are searching is a terrorist. If they said they were searching for weapons then maybe I could understand, but even then they should need a good reason to believe someone has a weapon. These scumbag gang members have no reason to believe AB has weapons and they have nothing to indicate terrorist activity. They are just bullies.
If that's not care-free, tyrannical behaviour from that female PC, I really don't know what is. Her team's Inspector should drag her into the office for a stern dressing down. Absolute embarrassment to the Met. Another one. That's clearly professional misconduct. She also thinks she's in a fashion show - messy uniform, stickers, pink radio cap, sunglasses, swinging her hands around like tart in a nightclub. Honestly, what a mess. Totally disillusioned to her role.
To help out the woman officer this is the dress code for all forces 'When talking to members of the public, you must remove sunglasses or cyclist shaded eye protection. This only applies to officers and staff who wear a uniform.'.
Met police guidelines Spectacles and sunglasses This only applies to officers and staff who wear a uniform. Lenses must be made of clear plastic (this is what most standard subscription lenses are made of). They must not be: mirrored photo-chromic (lenses that change to light) too dark - your eyes should still be visible through the lenses Frames can be of any colour and design. When talking to members of the public, you must remove sunglasses or cyclist shaded eye protection.
You'd think that a detailed memo would have been sent out to every station across the entire country, with full info on all of the well-known independent auditors and directives on how to deal with them in a way that represents the constabulary in a positive light. It would certainly save all this ridiculous nonsense. Although if they did that then A.B and the others wouldn't get such entertaining footage, so...?
They do, they don't care. You have to look at it from their point of view: what they want is to maximise the inconvenience to the victim, try to embarrass the victim, stretch out the detention to last as long as possible, and to justify as much intrusion into the victim's life and person as possible. That goal is served, at least in part, by ignoring what they know about the situation and approaching it as if they had no idea what was going on. Obviously, this is exactly the wrong thing to do, in every possible detail. It's completely perverse and totally contrary to the goals of policing, but... for some reason they've decided that's the best approach, and nobody can stop them.
Yes, first they are unarmed, secondly your laws suck. In any country you get arrested for refusing to show an ID. What kind of country allows civilians to not show their IDs to Cops lol
Masonic corruption is the cause. Just look at Hillsborough. The Masons caused that deliberately to enable a law to be passed in parliament to make football stands all seater. Interestingly a known freemason and Tory donor owned the company that got the Billion pound contract to fit all of those seats. Having made a serious mistake (killed 97 people) it was stated by witnesses that the known masons on the scene went into a huddle and came up with a cover story. The Hillsborough families made serious efforts to preclude masonic influence from the inquest but failed, obviously, as all Judges are freemasons. Now there is a campaign to ensure that the people of Liverpool (Scousers) are demonised to minimise nay sympathy people outside the city may have. There are many examples of this kind of behaviour coming from the Masons.
I really thought AB was going soft into giving his I.D, but when the letters I and D came out, that was so funny. 😂😂😂 And the penis situation was 1st class 😂😂😂😂😂
This is probably the biggest abuse of power I have seen on audits, the female Constable should lose her job immediately, no male would search a female, why are her standards different and apparently displaying what is sexual assault. I hope this video got to the Chief Constable and the PCC's offfice
He seems like a decent guy who knows what he done was wrong. Unfortunatly he’s been corrupted by the system and has lost his sense from right and wrong. They’ll never be held accountable which is why AB will always be able to make a living from this.
Police with a pokemon sticker on her uniform, pink fluffy bits on her radio ... how is this allowed? Standards of policing are dropping letting them wear tat like that.
They 100% used section 43 to try and get an ID, standard operating procedure. "We weren't looking for an ID" yet wrote down the details of the other stop search record.
Exactly. ID was what they were really after. They only searched AB after they realised he wouldn’t voluntarily provide his details. Then in a last ditch attempt to get his name they pretended they needed it for the search record.
A rulebook states that shades hide the eyes and can intimidate people on the street. They are still allowed for police drivers who might be blinded by sunlight during a high-speed chase. But, unless medically prescribed, they must otherwise 'be removed when contact is made with members of public'
That criminal cop thinks she is above the law and we clearly see that by the way she kept touching the auditors penis. OMG if that was a male relative of mine I would have her in court without a minutes hesitation. We have had enough of cops sexually abusing people and even raping and murdering them!
It’s a psychological tactic in order to dehumanise and humiliate, the police’s use psychological tactics all the time in order to gain an advantage, in the interview room they will sit between you and the door, make the room too hot or cold, use harsh lighting etc. our only hope is to understand the tactics and not rise to them.
Stop and search went up by 40% in London during the height of lockdown - 1.000 people a day, leading to very few arrests. The abuse of power is undeniable, and the reason why we need auditing videos.
Please don't give up AB. Many of us didn't understand our rights before and we're so grateful for what you do. It's so important and you do it so well 💜
" WE THE PEOPLE " need to make a BIG issue over these violation of civil rights, Sean Paul Reyes has cornered NYC PD, we've either got civil rights or not, we either retain liberty or we don't, we either have honourable constables or we don't, 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
My nephew was stopped while driving late one night (in Queensland, Australia) by two lesbian Policewomen who were living together. He had no done anything unlawful but they searched him including placing their hands into his underwear. Everyone in the town was fully aware that their sexual identity protected them from any complaints.
Police should not be allowed to search without a crime unless they have strong reasons to suspect terrorism, not just when you refuse ID. This is disgusting.
They engage in assault and unlawful detention, to begin with. I have been stopped and asked for my details, and the pigs walk away because I put it to them that they wish for a law abiding person to break the law, the law stating that I do not have to give my details in this situation.
They make themselves look bad... Police officers in Scotland are really nice, professional, and really friendly.. Whoever is training police officers in Scotland needs to be transferred to Met Police... They deal with people with different accents differently. If you are black and a police car is behind you, 80% of the time, you will get stopped even if you have all your documents.
I would really love to know what they are even searching for. A terrorist organisation membership card? What constitutes a terrorist item? I really want to know.
I so love you video it's about time some professional conduct and uniform policies were put in place she walks around like a clown I thought when thay leave their vehicles thay supposed to were their hats thank you AD You have kept me entertained all night with lots of laughs
it doesn't seem right that these two officers are allowed to go around legally harassing and terrorising innocent people, AB. actions have consequences, and these two bullies should be held accountable for their behaviour!
I cannot believe the female officer is doing the searching. I reckon that would add at least another grand onto any potential claim for an unlawful search.
How long have you been watching 👀 AB for ?? Unless you haven't been watching him for at least 6 months and understand what it is he does and why he does it or the way in which he does it then you don't have the right to a Valid opinion 🤔!! Honestly!! Get your facts right and then you 💯 % have the right to voice your opinion 💯 % These morons are getting out of hand now and someone like AB et-al need to keep them under observation or they will just keep on going around shooting and murdering 2 baby puppies in Broad daylight when children and families stood by horrified and watched while they executed a family of pets because these morons escalated a situation which ended up with guns drawn in the streets 🙄 and a man tasered and his pets murdered by these animals !!... They need to be policed or before you know it they will be in your face and ruling your life and taking the law into there own hands which is already happening in our once Great Britain 🇬🇧!! You don't even realise it but we have gone backwards in the UK and have gone back to Nazi days !!
@@clubfillerspinkknickers9791 He usually does win stupid prizes. Between £1,200 and £1,600 for unlawful detainment. That's because the police play the same game.
Uniformed officers and staff: Hair must be worn above the collar. If you have long hair, you must wear it neatly and securely fastened up, relatively close to and behind the head and so as not to interfere with any uniform headwear. Long ponytails are not allowed.😂 The shades alone need another b*llocking. She’s on a power trip for sure. 😂😂😂
Interesting that they formed a reasonable suspicion under section 43 (not 42) after AB refused to identify himself. Almost as though as it was a punishment search for asserting his rights. Howling at "We had to handcuff you in case you had something in your bag," _after_ inviting him to go through his bag before they handcuffed him.
Cops must be a bit thick in that AB has been doing the rounds for years now and the coppers still don't get it - there is nothing illegal about what he, AB, does.
AB - why you put me in cuffs? Pig - Cause I’ve never met you before. AB - I’ve never met you before but I never put you in cuffs did I? 😅😅😅😅 Classic AB 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The male copper looked like a live action version of Wallace from Wallace and Gromit. You should start pressing them more on having action taken against the people who make these false reports, they should get nicked for wasting police time or perverting the course of justice.
Absolutely shocking how she never took her sunglasses off, no respect for the public. All that shit she got stuck to her uniform I'm sure you had grounds to have her identified to make sure she was a real cop. Very disgraceful.
Should have mentioned the atrocious parking and possible tracking damage.Once upon a time a police officer was better educated than your average person but after years of cuts they now take anyone to make up numbers.
And the effect will be that if you ever see a copper getting a kicking in the street you will walk by and let it happen. They have done it to themselves with action like this.
well done for calling her out with those shades.Standards in the police are falling.Use of force cuffing you being non aggresive.Claim incoming.Get a copy of pocket note book and use of force forms. They have to justify it
The whole thing falls apart when you realise someone possibly involved in hostile recon doesn't go around openly filming. They use googgle maps and hidden cams
