@@JCrook1028 in this case, not particularly. For most, any beef that's cooked in an oven, regardless of the technical term, is "roasted". A pot roast is technically a braise, but few would call it that if you asked them.

Lived in Chicago for 20 years and used to go this place regularly. Great burger and also an amazing selection of craft beers on tap and bottle. Orig owner sold a few years ago for close to a million. New owner has kept the same quality! In a town full of great burgers, this may be the best!
I'm not at all familiar with Chicago...Is $1M a large or small amount for a restaurant in Chicago? Seems a bit lite. I'm just trying to put your comment in context.
@@Darkware880 its a midsize operation. Seats prob 150. At 3 times profits. Thats approx 300+k a year. I’d say thats pretty good for a burger and beer joint.
Are the burgers ACTUALLY rib burgers!!!! Bcuz that and ribeye is the only too that will digest !! In my system!!!!!! I will have my butcher ground me up some rib and make it as a burger and original ribs
Aluminum foil used to cover pot is actually placed in the braising liquid. Nooo ! I'm sure everything tastes great but but I would be so uncomfortable eating anything from this place.
I travel To Downtown Chicago Illinois With My Friends And Colleges in February 6,1982 during the winter break. We Head The Chicago Dog Restautlrant For Lunch. We Had Chicago Dogs With Onions, Mayonnaise, Onion, Pickles, And Cheese With Cheese Fries And Root Beer. We Order Tickets To ride On Subway Train.
I have been a meat cutter for over 26 years for HEB here in Texas. Nice boneless beef rib plates are retailing for $12 a lb now. Pretty expensive burger meat.
The ribs and the sauce made me like this video. And ofcourse I take 3 burgers with it 😀. Where is this place in Chicago? Where's the menu? How much does the food cost? More info next time plz.
