Ngl the people in the recent comments are idiots, theres a reason why its called seafood and there is no humane or kind way to kill one. Period. Plus its the reason why your alive.
My only complaint is the degree of cross contamination of that knife. Some people do have egg allergies and just cutting all of the sandwiches without cleaning it egg on them or not could very well end up killing someone with an allergy.
