Well technically about 2:30 the bridge/transition begins with that single guitar part but that could be taken in either time signature really, the second guitar part emphasizing it and then the bass line comes into really fortify it and then at last the drums and shortly thereafter vocals and voila welcome to the new timing.

@@placebojesus5652yeah, time signatures are weird. It definitely doesn’t sound like anything but 4/4 until the drums come in and change it to a 6/8. Either way, it’s fun.

I have the tunings for mike, I actually have one of his set lists from a Chicago show and it has all the tunings for the songs they played. Unfortunately the other guitarist tunes differently for most songs...and I don’t know them

yep. she said its one of her fav albums of 2016 on twitter and wrote that this song is her favorite song from the album. she also posted about "I've Been So Lost for So Long" on her insta story pretty recently.

well, i've read that mike (kinsella) has serious depression. So, it must be about himself. Also, when he says the ghost in the corner of the room, I think he's talking about depression too.
