They had such an amazing opportunity to make this scene Grity and disgusting but they cut it short and only left it to our imagination . LOL Poor lady, I wonder who actually killed her

She's the lady who was murdered, by one of Leon's boys, isn't she? I can't work out what was wrong with her and why she'd just be so submissive, and not even speak. The husband is obviously a horrible man though, so perhaps he was controlling. He is so creepy. I saw this movie when I was very little as my mum loved Richard Gere back then. I didn't really remember much about it other than the song at the start. I actually prefer the tv series. But maybe as that is darker. But RG was so beautiful!
