Parque del Marisco is a popular Ecuadorian Seafood restaurant located in Manta Ecuador beach. In this video, I tour The "La Corvina" Ecuadorian Restaurant kitchen learning about how they cook their seafood, and also try some of the Ecuadorian food with the locals.
Manta, or San Pablo de Manta, is an Ecuadorian port city; located on Ecuador's central coast. one of its popular tourist destinations is Murciélago Beach. The city is also known for its exotic fishing market Parque del Marisco.

Ace back with another hit. Man, you need a film crew following you for a year...then you can take that footage and make a Series of 1 hours shows for National Geographic. I mean the people you meet and the fun you have in unbelievable. Your great energy makes them flock to you, they are so open and inviting. And the way you interact with them is just absolutely fun to watch. You are proof that if you as a tourist show the locals respect, they will do what they can to make your visit a memorable one. Leon, careful with Camotillo, as you know certain shell fish are poisonous, which may be eaten by large fish, let say over 2 pounds, like camotillo (Sea Bass). So the bottom line is you like fish try to keep it under one and a half pound to be on the safe side. Ciguatera fish poisoning is a serious thing .... Cheers my boy !!! (and a like too!)
