I like Lou, Gino and Jerome when they're tasting the food. They don't seem to be picky eaters and their reactions are genuine.. not saying that the others aren't.
If i remember it right, Jerome is quite a picky eater, he doesn't like the diniguan, thrown it at the bin after knowing it has pork blood, he doesn't like the liver, and he doesn't like banana.

Humba is one of my fav before when i was eating pork, for almost 10yrs na kasi hnd ako ng ppork.. may new tikemer na naman na ng add. He is right humba is originally a Japanese food. Japanese cooked subuta style in the Philippines during WW2. Filipinos in Visayas made their own version called homba.
