What i love about the people in our country the Philippines is that anywhere you go, people know the english language, be it a little off, but western people could converse with us. But with the new curriculum called mother tongue, english is downgrading. Wish they would bring back how things were taught back in my days at school. Love your Vlogs guys. Keep it up. Hi Caloy! Love watching your videos. By the way I'm from Davao city & have been eating Balut all my life.. I felt sorry for Gabe & Zowie looking like they were in agony & about to hurl while painstakingly trying so hard to chew & swallow their Balut. I believe they wouldve had a better experience eating "Balut" had they removed the "stone" or hard white substance first before shoving everything in. They dont even need to put salt or vinegar. The Balut would've tasted just fine or even better without adding any overwhelming sour & salty taste. Honestly, It kinda taste like good chicken broth in my opinion without any salt or vinegar so hope they try it again & they might like the experience the second time around. And start with a younger bird first then progress to the older ones when they get used to it. Also insist on buying " Balut sa Puti" which has the chick covered in a thick egg white so they wont be grossed out when they eat them. Happy eating!😂
