Right? Like what the hell! It's like people have no sense of danger anymore. People open their doors and let deers and dogs in their house...like what????!! I would have advised this couple not to leave American soil, but i think that is a very common sense type of thing. I feel sorry for what happened but i have very little empathy for people who roll the dice and then get a bad outcome.
Memphis is an Egyptian word and Egypt is a Greek word that means Mizraím, next to Ýisrael. What fate gives in one hand it takes in another. Be careful condemning the persecuted.
This kind of shows how different people are and their beliefs and ideas of life. Most of us would not move there for millions of dollars because our lives worth more to us. These two were very different, they thought it was right and good to do, and they did. I am just sad for 2 young people who had a good life ahead of them, I know they would, people like that usually gather everything good since they live a responsible and righteous way, are now dead. It is sad that good people die, but those that are unbearable keep walking on this planet and continue to make hell for others.
Americans have plenty of help, they have a country with liberty filled with Church's and an unlimited access to an Internet of Sermons, disquisitions, testimonies, ect.. but they just choose to reject it because they love paganism and witchcraft more than the Love Of Christ or the assembling in the Church. If Americans truly wish to get [Saved] they have Liberty and all the free time possible to do it but unfortunately they love drugs, prostitution and riotous behavior more. The ministry will go to places where it's wanted and needed most, even if it's risky. Just because one person commits an attrocity doesn't mean that reflects thw majority. The people in Haiti need our help.
I heard a random missionary story years ago that opened my eyes (and theirs). This group had been going to a village and giving out food to the locals. After a few weeks they were run out by the food vendors. By giving free meals they were stripping the vendors of the few dollars they would have made. Missionaries were going to put everyone out of business if it kept up. Then when they would leave there would be no more free food _and_ no one selling, either. The group I heard this from was young people and they were so clueless when they started. I can't even say it's true because it's not my experience. But if it _is_ true it's also a little wild the church doesn't consider this stuff before hand.
Who said that they didn't believe in the existence of evil? They were trying to make Haiti better, which implies that they recognized that there were problems there.
Evil is all through the comment section of this post (not yours, but the overall comments) hidden behind people. However, we often assume that one sin is greater than another when the truth of the matter is that lucifer and his imps are running rampant, masquerading as angels of light. The devil wants everyone to be consumed by the "violent" crimes, so we won't recognize that he's destroying people in much more subtle ways.
A few years ago I was part of a church group planning a mission trip to Honduras. At that time, it was declared too dangerous to go and the trip was postponed. Wisdom is valuable. God truly will take care of His people, but He also gives them wisdom to avoid imminent danger. Prayers for this young couple's family.
Shut the hell up you brainwashed colonizer. Don’t forget you Mormons have it in your own book that people with dark skin are demonic. You deny your own religion’s rampant racism thanks to Joseph Smith.
Clinton aid a white woman was caught trying to traffic 33 children. UN workers in the past were also caught sexually abusing woman and children. Outsiders cannot be trusted in Haiti. These folks made a poor decision.
Haiti is a BEAUTIFUL country and the people are good. It's the few bad apples. America has a lot of bad apples, we just choose to turn our heads away from them.
🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔To ENJOY the good things about it DEAR " ...mangos, beaches, delicious food etc... Don't watch RU-vid videos ...the level of crimes......😚New York, Chicago..., Porto Rico, Mexico.....etc. In every contry the same madness are happening with those who are not LED by THE SPIRIT OF THE TRUE LIVING GOD. They don't have no LOVE in their hearts. Their FATHER gives them all kind of excuses to...BLOOD. This is the reality here on EARTH my DEAR. COMPRENDE!!!!!????
Man, it's not wise to talk about something you know nothing about. Haitian people are some of the best people you'll ever encounter. The volatility in Haiti is engineered. Do the math, there's 12 million people in Haiti. The most ignorant usually make the most noise and that's in all of humanity.
They were unwise to operate there. People generally underestimate the human capacity for savagery. Where it is allowed to flourish, the wise stay away from.
@@jsharp9735 MOST of us christians don't go where you can't drop a seed without execution. I believe your judgement is for someone higher than yourself.
What was not wise was going to a country where people of a dark skin color hate lighter skin colored people... while being the lighter skin colored people.
@joey8567 Since Jesus Christ ascended into heaven, each generation had many who died for Christ's sake. Read about Jim Elliot. Just one of hundreds who we know about.
Haiti is lawless. The gangs run the country and violence is the currency. The people are poor, hungry, sick and have no hope. This was a tragic miscalculation on the part of these two unfortunate souls.
That's why the missionaries were there - to share the eternal Hope with them. America is just as lawless, but we've become so accustomed to pointing out everyone else's sin that we don't recognize ours.
Having followed what is going on there for years, I am very confident their people deserve to live like this. Changes require people to push them. When they don't see a need to do so, no changes come. They deserve this country, this life, and this future. I only hope that those have compassion to them channel it somewhere else where they wont be killed.
@@crystalgarry2507 White savior complex and AMR Christian hubris. Your comment reflects your ignorance of the history of Haiti since the slave rebellion and fight for freedom against the horrific plantation european 'owners'. About 2 years ago, a NYT contributor actually did a cohesive in-depth article documenting the history how it got to this. Worth paying the paywall. Or, you can look on youtube for Haitians who tell the story how the USA and France imposed horrific financial punishment, tariffs, fee, seisure of bank wealth ever since the rebellion in the 1790s. BTW, Christian churches have done nothing to really sovle the issue. A book, and christotourism for photos to make yourself think you are helping doens't address the fundemental issues.
The French and Americans created chaos there ! The Americans want to establish a military base in Haïti ,but were kicked out. The French plundered the island. Now it's called a s,*";t hole ???! The people are fighting for their souverein state.
As someone who's traveled a bit, many places in the world are safer than the US, don't believe everything the media says. This couple went to one of the poorest and most dangerous countries in the entire world, the odds weren't really in their favor.
You definitely don't want to go to Taiwan now . President Xi is going to take Taiwan back in early June . Said Americans had better stay out of Taiwan for their safety . Read all about it on the Hal Turner Radio Show .
If they are fools, I assume you are wise in your own eyes? 1 Corinthians 1:21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. 1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. They died doing the only thing that matters, which is to preach the gospel and save souls. To a worldly person who doesn't know God, this is foolish, but to those who know God and know the truth, it is the epitome of wisdom.
I have a friend that installed solar panels on rural Haitian schools and med centers as part of a nonprofit he started. He stopped going to Haiti last year because of the violence. Thinking your faith was going to protect you was just dumb.
His father should go to jail for bringing them there. Such arrogance and stupidity. Why would Haiti want white Americans telling them what religion to believe? You’re putting those missionaries in danger for absolutely no reason.
@@shanesteinmetz4563God killed everybody's first born cuz the Pharoah pissed him him off, among a bunch of other a-hole moves and atrocities. Frankly, if I had to decide between the Bible's depiction of God and the Haitians, I think I stand a better chance with the latter. I might f around and wear mixed fabrics or eat a shrimp or something and next thing i know, my soul burning in hell for eternity.
@@504problemsYou don’t know the Bible very well, do you? Please research. Your eternity depends on it. God loves you, His Son died for you! He’s alive now and coming back. Choose Him.
I guess Natalie's father would not agree to her going to Haiti on this missionary knowing how dangerous the situation over there but her love for her husband superseded all. There is no ending to helping others but some kind deeds may not be worth losing your lives for. They were both very young and could have helped the orphanage in other ways. RIP to Davy and Natalie.
The last thing Haiti needs is more missionaries coming to preach to poor hungry people. Ever since the slaves revolted and overthrew the slave owners, the western world have drained all of its resources from the country. Now the people are hungry and angry.
How awful that these 2 young people chose to end their lives early by making such a ignorant decision! If you feel compelled to help others try your own back yard!
@@paulaheckman9928 No sir or ma'am, I don't know; that's for the Holy Spirit to decide. I simply cautioned others to be careful as we don't know who we're putting our lips on. However, the Holy Spirit hasn't confirmed that your words are from Him. So, with that, be blessed. 🙋🏾♀️☺️
Their souls are not god until they are judged I pray they don't have any wrinkles or spots because if they do they cannot enter heaven it is not easy to enter heaven or to be with god for all eternity
This is heartbreaking 💔Nobody shouldn't have done this to them!! Rest in peace dearest couple and I pray for strength and comfort during this difficult time to the family and friends 🙏🏽💔
...worst....hood? 🤔🤨 what is that supposed to mean, are you saying that just because someone live in a certain place they are bad? Sounds like we have a racist here
They drove out the French in 1804, they do not want anyone there we should learn and leave them be. Maybe an African country will have a better chance, maybe they will not be driven out.
@@alanbiancardi2531 There needs to be no sympathy for such missionary people. Its their ego driving them, that they are the new prophets born to save the World. The God resides in entire World and Universe in different names and forms. They just want to make everyone Christian that's all, and want these new converts to believe Vatican as its New Master!! Not only the American government is evil but its citizens acting as Missionary as evil too!!!
Pretty sure his talking about that one time conan o'brien went to Haiti to "prove" the world wrong that Haiti is a paradise, fast forward 6 years and now look...
This is the story: A group of gangs went to the orphanage to steal, a person inside called the area's gang leader (Jeff) to tell him that they were under attack,Jeff had given the green light to Natalie and her husband to operate the orphanage without any fear, but the caller didn't tell the husband that he called Jeff, the gang leader, they have a good relationship with, Jeff head towards the orphanage to go assist them, but, the first group had already gone. So, David thought it was the same group coming back, he pulled his gun and started shooting, Jeff the gang leader in the area thought he was being set up and returned fire and killed them and the Haytian guy. Last year Natalie wrote on her page about Jeff, claiming that he was a "good guy," exactly, last year in May. May their soul RIP
Why are they so prone to evil and violence? What's in their blood and why were they created to look the way they do and consumed with so much anger and hate. These are the questions I can't help but ask when I see them at their worst constantly.
@DeeMontezx1 I asked the same thing about the Europeans who did worst things. Hopefully we both find the answers we are looking for 😢🥺...Humans are just terrible.
They were minding their own business nobody told these people to go there. Last I checked people who look like these folks are the reason the country is poor in the first place. Stealing resources and more and you were saying 🧐
@@SteefPipTrue Christianity doesn’t force beliefs upon anyone. It provides guidance, then allows individuals to choose as they may. Your question is not better, and in fact is a statement of bigoted condemnation.
More like angry and hungry people who don't want to be bothered by religious people. Wrong time wrong area, feel sorry for them, if only they knew better
@@peach2650 you people? Nah, I'm jewish. You know, one of god's chosen people? We talk to the big man himself, you go through a middle man. Christianity is just a spinoff of Judaism. Sorry.
Everyone knows Haiti is not the place to be rn, why put yourself in that type of situation? Even if your heart is in the right place and your intentions are pure, you still have to use your common sense. Condolences to their families and friends.
@@MzembeI haven’t seen the level of cannibalism and gore by machete hackings in any online video from the US, but I have seen dozens online from Haiti.
I worked and lived in Haiti years ago under baby doc i was 20.. never would i consider going now.. such a sad hopeless complicated mess. The revolution did not bring stability peace or prosperity. Nothing ever changes only gets worse. Bless those for trying. Such evil going on there but they were compelled to go. Condolences peace to families. RIP
I wouldn't have went there in the first place, and I wouldn't go anywhere where there is crimes like that. It's very sad that those wonderful people died by no good dirty thugs.
