You can check social media, thousand of African-Americans call him "Pacroid". There is an entire movement dedicated to slandering Pacquiao due to racial bias. At least some of those comments are honest with themselves, claiming that they don't believe in Pacs abilities because "There is no way a Filipino boxer could beat a black boxer without juicing", showing racism plays a big role.
