I’m honoured to be part of the 10% of women who follow your channel! Michael Macintyre does some really relatable stand up. Anyone with kids loves the bit he does about trying to leave the house with kids. Would love to see more Michael Macintyre reactions.
Along with Peter Kaye, Michael McIntyre is one of the most popular comedians we have. They’re not overly edgy or controversial but their observational comedy is faultless. Someone mentioned the dentist clip, you should definitely check that out 👍🏻
@makadeni123 Whereas if Michael McIntyre isn't getting many laughs he just acts even camper and just chucks in some more flamboyant gestures. Observational comedy is basic.
Totally relatable. I just opened my "man drawer" as a reference. Old batteries=yes, old phones nokia 3310 + 3210=yes. Leads and cables I have no clue what were once used for=yes, Appliance instructions i don't own anymore=yes. Just everything and more.
The thing that baffles me is I assumed I would actually have the charger to my old Nokia 3210, but no, it's for a different phone. I'm pretty sure it exists still in a rats nest of cables in the loft.
I'm a female and I have two man drawers. Everything Michael talked about, I have including copious amounts of updated menus from the same two takeaways dating back years. Love your reactions.
He’s one of my favourites because he uses relatable day to day stuff especially when he’s talking about his kids. His trip to the dentist story is hilarious.
My British guy friend showed me this video! He's teaching me about British comedy and loves seeing your reaction as an American male. I myself am an American female, but I do have a "man drawer" as I live alone. lol I still laughed a lot! I love your channel! Cheers mate!
Another funny one of his is when the buses are cancelled due to the wrong type of snow and several others like, 5 spice, different ways of spelling and saying names, visit to the dentist, baby Adolf and floppy arms when being burgled.
One of the best observational comedians we have. His stit about how people spell the same name differently is epic. He is hilarious, please do more reactions to him
Used to sell trainers in my earlier days and listening to him talking about people trying on one shoe, walking around in it as if that’s what people do almost broke me. Done it thousands of times and never questioned it, then Michael describes it and see just how hilarious it all is!
I’ve seen him live at the O2 and he was hilarious from start to finish- a genius observational comedian. You laugh because it’s true. And the skipping walk is brilliant
Michael McIntyre is very mainstream, so hosts a lot of family friendly shows and quiz shows on the BBC during prime time on Saturday nights. So no swearing or any dark material like you get with a lot of British comedians. Another comedian to check out is Peter Kay, but get a box of tissues as you will be crying laughing, he is so funny.
What he describes as the man drawer bears a huge resemblance to the kitchen drawer I grew up with and now the desk drawer I have in my house. Old batteries, random coins, manuals for defunct appliances etc. I think most women who live on their own find they develop a similar drawer
Saw Michael live here in Derry, N Ireland back in 2009. Front row - he called me up to the front of the stage at one point as he was asking about our local dialect and I was trying to answer so he gestured for me to come up and explain something about a phrase we use. For the rest of the night after the gig in pubs, people would recognise me from the gig & say hello 🙃
I'm moving house tomorrow and my whole house feels like a man drawer right now. lol. I've literally been asking myself "what does this cable do? What does that key do? Do I still need this phone? And oh look, there's some old French Francs!" and I've decide to keep most of it. hahaha
My favourite. Seen him live a couple of times. So hilarious. 5 spice or mandrawer are brilliant pieces although other reactors seem to find it hard not to have it blocked
I'm glad I'm not alone in having a SPECIFIC dish that I like from each and every restaurant we frequent, regardless of whether it's dine-in or take-out/delivery. I've actually stopped going to restaurants that had removed my "go to" dish from their menu. Red Robin is one. Houlihans was another.
My man drawer (s) have all the above and more...it's like he sneaked in my flat and peeked in them lol ps don't forget the rubber bands degrading, paper clips bent out of shape and pens that the ink has dried up and you throw them straight back in the man drawer 🤣
He's sren as safe and a bit dull by some people. I never think I'm in the mood for his comedy, but he's just bloody good at it. He has a Saturday night family show where, among other things, he takes the mobile phone from a celebrity guest and sends a message from it to everybody in the contacts list. Then at the end of the show he shares some of the responses.
I have many man drawers. Britain, early 20th century. A pun on the expression 'winter draws on' (that is, winter is approaching). 'Drawers' is a British slang term for knickers.
