Bear in mind you had a professional baseball player vs an amateur cricketer. Love to see a professional cricket fast bowler vs a pro haseballer. Also most of the balls hit by the baseball player would likely be out caught. Cricket fields are huge and balls can be hit 360 degrees with 11 fielders including the bowler.
A really big difference between batting in baseball and in cricket is that the baseball batter is usually swinging horizontally across the trajectory of the ball. In Cricket when beginning an innings a batsman will traditionally endeavour to play down the line of ball with a perfectly vertical bat to make full use of the length and width of the bat as a defensive 'aid'. He/she can pick up the line of the ball very quickly and at the same moment move forward for a ball that is going to bounce closer to them, or move back, away from, a shorter ball that will pitch further away and bounce higher. The object at this point is to be able to defend or avoid the early balls and adjust to the speed (or slowness) of the pitch and the degree of bounce. In shorter formats, like T20, batsmen cannot take too long doing this because there is pressure to score runs quickly, but in the older, and longer formats a good player may bat for hours once he/she has adjusted to the pitch, weather conditions and style of bowling and go on to dominate the bowling attack with a very big score.
It is possible to bowl in cricket without bouncing the ball (called a Yorker, or full toss) as long as it reaches the batter below waist high. This isn't used as much as it's harder to control but can be effective and devastating equally in fast bowling.
A cricket bat is built to be both offensive and defensive, the wider width is also a double edged sword for the batsman, simply because if you don't hit it in the bats sweet spot, you can be caught pretty easily.

but baseball has smaller sweet spot it will be mcuh harder to actaully hit the ball ,, that is why they throw direct ball without bouncing it off the pitch to give batsman more chance to score

It's true that the sweet spot of a baseball club is smaller than that of a cricket bat, but unlike cricket baseball has a batters box, in cricket the ball can be bowled just about anywhere, and can make very unpredictable movements according to the type of soil, the condition of the ball, the weather or the angle of the bowlers posture, it's Harder to connect to the sweets spot with all of these various, turns, spins and sink speeds.
Problem is, the batter predicting where the ball will bounce, is all well and good, the bowler has other options to counter this, he can vary the length, closer to or further away from the batsman, known as varying the length, or he can vary the speed he bowls, if he is regularly bowling in the xxx miles an hour, the guys at the very top can drop xx off the speed without any give away signs, same length run up, same action, they can also put in a quicker delivery. Either can effect the batsman if they haven't picked up the change in pace, he could be half way through a shot, effectively played at a ball thats not reached him, or the pace of the ball has effected the height its bounced etc
hi great video by the way, love your wanting to learn cricket as said there are so many variables with cricket and bowling. Not every ball is disgned or bowled to hit the wicket, its a game of chess fast balls, seem balls, slin balls, slow balls and the dreaded bouncer. while trying to hit the wickets gets out, this is really not the case in so many balls field position, for a swing bowler, he has wicket keeper, then 3 4 5 slips, depending how far the ball is swinging, usual away from the wicket, trying to move the ball away from wicket, to get and edge on the bat to be caught by the slips spin bowling, everyone comes in close, bowler not aim for the wickets, but trying to get the ball to move off the ground to delveop and a catch, or a miss hit, if he moves to pitch off ball and stumped out. they will also have looked at players, where they tend to hit the ball, set field, for that, to try get catch and edge. bouncers, also field postion, because if ball coming high, you swing to defend yourdelf, thus ball may end up in the air a catch. yorker, pitching at batsmen feet, to tie him up, may be leg leg before wicket, as he shuffels feet. or it may creep through to stumps there is alot more i could go into

The fastest 'recorded' delivery was by Shoaib Akhtar - 161.3kmph (100.2mph). There may well have been some faster that were not recorded but not a whole 19.8 mph; that would be an unbelievable increase.
