The reason there's so many Arsenal fans is because there is a RU-vid channel called Arsenal Fan TV, which blew up a few years ago.. they basically interviewed fans after the games & some of the fans were hilarious, so became reoccurring characters. At the time, Arsenal were being dragged along by their longterm manager who was drying up & the fans wanted him gone. "Wenger out" became a meme & people were holding up signs at any protest or news coverage unrelated to football 😭

Us football fans are a different breed.I’m ashamed to admit I’ve broken a few household items in the past in sheer frustration and being a bad loser. My wife dreads it when it goes to a penalty shootout because I get so worked up, she tells me to go to the garden or for a walk. She hates football, but even she laughs at some the ridiculous things I’ve said during football. I’m pretty sure majority of football fans can agree that we’ve all said ridiculous things during matches 😂

If you get to come to the UK please visit Liverpool. I’m not from Liverpool I live in Bristol which is South West England but Liverpool is my most favourite place to visit and that includes anywhere I been abroad and the people are absolutely lovely and friendly. Also Newcastle, People up north are so much nicer than us southerners. They live for today and don’t have that stuck up nature. Brilliant for pubs and clubbing and obviously if you like history there is plenty and football these are brilliant for that.❤

Remember that these football rivalries come from long standing ancient feuds and rivalries between the communities. They will kill each other in local football rivalries and then the next night stand arm in arm to cheer on England together. 😂 because that’s just how it is. Nothing personal. So you would support your local team and your country team. These guys were raised going to the football every weekend with their fathers and grandfathers. Same as they went with their fathers and grandfather’s. Same as he’ll take his kids. It’s a key milestone for fathers to take their children to their first football match. The fans often know each other and their families so they make a big deal out of the child and dad. They take it to heart because it’s in their blood to support that team and their support for generations buying season tickets is what enabled them to grow to where they are today. So when they make stupid decisions in boardrooms that cost the team match’s and championships this breaks their hearts. It’s stealing their joy and their celebrations and team pride. Don’t forget EVERY single one of these guys also grew up playing it all day every day. Even between classes they’ll have a quick kick about 😂 it’s their life. They plan family events outside football season or around matches. Hell even priests will rush through their sermons to finish in time for kick off 😂 my dad knew if it was going to be long or short based on if the father followed football, rugby and F1 and if it was match day/race day. Even women like myself who don’t know much about football will support England during the World Cup and European Cup. And yes I get extremely disappointed when they screw it up! It’s an American thing you guys think it’s not somewhere women could enjoy without being harassed and you couldn’t be more wrong. It’s amazing how polite men are to women when they’re surrounded by many much bigger and stronger men, who probably watched you grow up and know your father and grandfather. 😂 you never have a guy who can’t take no for an answer because he’s surrounded by thousands of men who will teach him exactly what no really means. 😂 the only time they say anything to women is when she’s screaming abuse at the opposing team and acting like a bloke. Then she’ll attract a does she take it up the @rse chant or a get your t!ts out for the boys. Which is MUCH nicer than they say to each other. 😂 for most guys it’s where they go to burn off their extra energy and testosterone chanting and drinking beers with their friends they’ve often had since they were all in nappies together. They don’t just know each other but they often also know all the key supporters are for all the other clubs. They spend hours every week on coaches together traveling the country to matches and they even have set pubs and cafes they go to in every town and city across the country if you’re ever traveling to an area you don’t know then you ask your football loving friend or family member for recommendations because they’ve been there a thousand times throughout their years. They’re literally the best tourist board and can tell you about every town and city in not just Britain 🇬🇧 but also the entirety of Europe. And many have travelled the world following football. 😂 if Americans want to experience a match then choose the match that fits your schedule and reach out to the home teams fan groups and let them know. They’ll be THRILLED to bring you in so you get to really experience it properly. The fans are a team and it would be odd for a random American to show up and sit on their own. You have to interact and talk to each other and be part of the energy. Otherwise just go watch tennis 🎾😝 hope this helps a little.
As an Arsenal fan I'll say this, we did have some dark days towards the latter end of one of the best coaches in England but also we've got one of the most toxic fanbases, currently things are really good and we'll win the league 💪🏾COYG❤️

As an Arsenal fan I agree with you. But it certainly makes me sick to think a club can break so many FFP rules and not have a single consequence. It is ridiculous.
@TrippyPanda as with any football charge to a team the charge is put to the team before conviction to allow a defence of that charge. That was done (multiple counts of breaches btw over years not just one) a few weeks ago. Man City now have their process to appeal but to bring those charges FA have lots of proof. Soon the charge will be moved to either conviction and punishment or thrown out. As I an fairly confident the FA have their ducks in a row to even charge a team mid campaign I expect the conviction in a couple of months. Check back then
EVER???? Nearly all of these are from the last decade! And it is for the most part Glory hunting United fans and Gooners. But this is what it means to be passionate about your club, in the premier league you get 19 home games + cup a season, trips to away games, it is very easy to have seen a few hundred games played by your club within the first few years of you following them. Every fan starts with optimism in August and the quest is often how long can you sustain that hope. It is unquestionable many of these fan minds are broken by the Foreign investors who have taken over the league and spend huge with mixed results..
Some fans even inlist their newborn into fanclubs. Before city hall, that is. At our club PSV Eindhoven, every summer they make a picture, of all the PSV babies, on the pitch.
I know the clip from 2:03 seems funny without context, but in reality what happened was two rival clubs hosted a match where before the game started there was to be a moment of silence for a fan that had died recently due to a seizure - the cameraman was a supporter of that fan's club. But during the silence, a small group of rival fan's started singing a chant that mocked the man's death, taunting the other supporters which led to all hell breaking loose. I think at least 9 people got arrested.

Arsenal were in pits for a long time since moving to the emirates. There were a few minor trophies but in the recent times it was even worse that I straight couldn’t watch it was pain where I stopped watching so I felt happier. last year when we nearly made it top 4 and this season we were challenging for the title.
