This is what a type of house (Deutsche Haus) is called in Russia, but it has nothing to do with Germany. - There is also a cake in the USA called "German Chocolate Cake", it has nothing to do with Germany, the US baker's last name is "German" (Mr and Mrs German), pure coincidence.

This might just be a weekend house by the lake. This would never be a German house...if you build it cheaply then you'll build it twice.

Even a weekend house in Germany wouldn't be allowed to be build like that cabin. The exterior walls (and most interior ones) would have to be made of bricks, concrete and/ or cement. Not just wood. You could away building a cabin or wintergarden or your dog's house out of wood. But for people to really stay in there? Never!

@@TheGamingCrow The wood is not the problem. There are prefabricated houses in Germany with only wood and insulation. And there are even completely wood built houses.

I have never seen a house in Germany built without a concrete ground plate. This definetly isn’t anywhere in Germany.

This is obviously not a real german German House 😅 and you can clearly see that it wasn’t even built in Germany 😅😂 Looks like Russia to me 😆 but the confusion was there when I first saw this LOL 😮 and the comments on the original video look like they are mostly in russian . . . very sarcastic comments btw XD ❤

sorry, thats no a german house😅. This house would be approved by the building authority in Germany. In Germany, work is done more precisely. What is built has nothing to do with building houses in Germany. german quick build houses have more better Qualitey standard and more economic standard😊

It looks very nice, and surely this is a fine shelter, but no one in Germany would call this a house for a lifetime. I think this construction (not touchuing the ground) is due to the permafrost in Sibiria

Prefabricated houses are also popular in Germany. But this is an example of poor workmanship. Here you would call it botched construction. It has the quality of a dog kennel. There are various suppliers of prefabricated houses and all of them offer better quality and a wide range of design and equipment options. Sure, they all have predefined models, but most of these can be customized. Single-family homes are the most common, but apartment buildings and company buildings can also be realized quickly, even large halls without supporting pillars.

That's not how houses in Germany are being built. That wooden cabin you saw in this video didn't have a real fundament nor any cement, bricks or concrete involved. In Germany you would be allowed to build a doghut or a wintergarten like that, but not an actual living home. I mean, if you want to build a house in Germany, even the interior walls have to be made of stones/ bricks. Wooden exteriour walls are also illegal. You can build a house in Germany from premade parts, for sure, but that takes some weeks. Not just days, like in that video from Russia.

Wooden walls are not illegal in Germany there are enough prefabricated builds with wood and insulation framework. Especially the interior walls (if not load bearing) can be anything.

Thats 100% in eastern europe or russia. No phonenumber like on that crane in germany, landscape looks russian and i believe at one point, i even heard them talk russian 😅. No way this could be build like that in germany.

The insulation is a way below German standards, not even a German holiday house would be build at this standards. What you save here on insulation is spent on heating costs in the first year.

2 prefabricated timber houses (3 apartments each) built in 3 days, in my neighborhood. But the underground parking garage took almost 6 months.

I have one Question to you. I'm over 20years an diabetic. And in the beginning i must drinking and drinking and drinking and so on. Over one gallon ore four Liter of Water and more and others sugarfree Drinks every day and i'm thirsty allways . I see, you allways drinking so many, many times in your Videos 🤷🏻‍♂️
