To no. 8: the tyres are a key element in F1 and at this point the tyres were gone so he had to go slower to not lose the car. ... To no. 2: It was not the start of the race, it was a restart after a safetycar phase. ... keep going diving deeper into F1.

Romain Grosjean is currently racing in 2022 Indianapolis 500 for Andretti Autosport this season

Romain Grosjean is now competing here in the US in the IndyCar series. He was initially avoiding the oval tracks in 2021 (such as the Indianapolis 500) due to their high speed and the concerns of his family, but I believe he is now racing the full IndyCar schedule, and doing very well.

3:17 F1 cars don't have ABS so when they break too hard, the breaks of course locks up and the tyres are skidding across the track and it will create a flat spot to the tyres that can cause vibrations

6:19 pole means he is the fastest during qualifying and will start 1st for the race

3:11 ok, lemme explain, what they mean by “locked up” is his breaks locked the tires making him go straight on 6.24 pole position, is first place start in the race, the starting grid is determined in qualifying with who can go fastest 8:50 you see these drivers don’t give them selves the credit, because you need to be the best, at this point you have committed your entire life to this, therefore they want to win 11:45 no this was at the restart, as at the start there was a crash

no. 2 if you read that text on the bottom you'd know it was a restart it was after a safety car after a crash on the 1st start

Grosjean was in the fire for 28 seconds but it definitely felt like 20 minutes (especially watching it live). That was the scariest I've ever been watching F1.
