I am upstream on Watts Bar lake, and I have seen a few pelicans in "my" cove too. First time it was a big surprise given the distance from the ocean, but they returned last week.

We love Watts Bar Lake! So beautiful there! We come up and stay at Terrace View Marina once in a while. We have also anchored out off a little island and sandbar that was beautiful! Views of long range water and mountains. I can't remember where that was but told my husband that we need to find that anchorage and go back to it again .Thanks for writing!

As soon as we catch our breath we will get a video out. The Gulf crossing was amazing. It was one of the smoothest places on the entire trip. Dolphins followed us most of the way. February 1, we head back down the east coast of FL to the Keys and then Bahamas. @@FreebirdonTheGreatLoop

Can’t wait to see your next video. You do a great job. Liked seeing the bow thruster install. You will love it. I’m glad we have thrusters.
