I agree about Indiana Jones. Same with all the other classic movies. The new Hollywood doesn't make original stories and characters though. They just take existing IPs that people already recognize and turn it into a franchise churning out half arsed sequels every few years. The Godfather trilogy is probably due a reboot soon with a progressive and diverse spin for "modern audiences".

I'm not talking about adapting stories from one medium to another, it's when they remake classics that are still relevant today or bring out unneccessary sequels to draw in fans of the originals. You know the ones I'm talking about, they usually have the word "reborn" or "origins" at the end of the title.

I understand your censorship Boomer. If I recall Peep show was shown on Ch4 WELL after the 'watershed' in the UK, perhaps even a couple of hrs after! If you don't know, the 'watershed' is a UK broadcast term for 'questionable' material. 9PM. Other countries have 'it' sometimes at different times and perhaps by a different name. Actually the airing time of Peep Show brings me onto a different but not unrelated point, it routinely had different airing times, one week might be 2215, another might be 2155 and yet another might be 2255! That was a routine problem I think with Ch4 (and even to some degree BBC2). One merely had to keep a close eye on the TV Guide listings!🤣 Ch4 and BBC2 always were my favourites nonetheless.

Has anyone recommended’Game on’ I think someone has uploaded most of the episodes to youtube but I’ve never seen anyone reacting to it. The plot is three people sharing an apartment. One is a guy who is scared to go outside , one is his friend from school who is hopeless with women( similar dynamic as Jess and Mark) and a woman who seems to sleep with everyone apart from those two.

one of my first judgements of people is how they make a brew xD the bag in method is for people who can't judge how much milk to pour in without having insurance of the bag still in to squeeze a bit more tea out of it to make up the colour if its too pale...its a tea bag with a bullet proof vest on

@@dylanmurphy9389 While James Bond is an established character with a backstory prior to and through the Connery years, the name "James Bond" can actually apply to anyone if you go with the theory that "James Bond" is a codename to protect his identity and that of his family. You may not agree with that but if you take into account that Judi Dench / "M" was in the Brosnan movies as well as the Craig movies then it makes sense. The same goes for "Q" and "M" being played by different people etc. The same can't be said for Indiana Jones, John McClane etc.
