Peep Show is apparently going to be Americanised with new American episodes based on the Brit series. Its ideal for the American market, being the only British series ever that has more than 12 episodes in total. Hehe! A couple of the names associated with the new version sound promising, but US versions are usually not as good as the originals, though I think the Office succeeded in a quality conversion, personally. So there is hope. But, really? Can any one in America be as marvelously bad as our two anti-heroes Jez and Mark? Incidently, Mitchell and Webb have not written off a return as the original El Dude Brothers. Though they have no current plans to do so. But here's hoping.

That already sounds dreadful by the sound of it, when they copy our programmes or we copy theirs the result is usually dreadful. I’m not saying American programmes are bad though, it’s when they’re original ideas though they’re better (like My Name is Earl and “Saul”). That other thing about the El Dude Brothers prequel thing sounds promising though!
