About the german cannibal comment, I'm pretty sure both IT crowd and peep show are referencing Armin Meiwes who was a german cannibal who met someone online who volunteered to be eaten by him.

The German is reference to a true story about a German that posted an ad to eat someone. He eat someone and he got caught because he placed another ad for another one and people didn't believe he ate him so he showed the proof. He got caught after that

Yeah, was gunna say, people kind of know about that cannibal case and the voluntary participant, um... meal. Unless it was a different German cannibal/killer. It almost goes without saying, not a stretch of the imagination. I just think of German sausages for some reason (previous episode, I know).
I found out about my highschool reunion after the fact, I wasn't invited. What does that tell you? Well it depends if you're one of those D heads or not, which side you're on. Why was I not surprised either, some things never change. Oh, and yes I did complete my highschool education, not one of those dropouts that actually do get an invitation to the reunion and, technically, shouldn't even be there. And yes, I did become/stayed a complete loser. Oh my god, I'm sounding just like Corrigan.

8:30 Nobody stole anything from anyone, both shows are making a reference to a real life case that happened in 2001 when German guy made a deal with someone on the internet, he voluntarily let the guy kill him after which he ate his penis and other parts. It's like having two shows that both make a reference to 9/11 and saying that one show stole the reference from the other show. Obviously, that is not how that works.
Regarding school reunions, if you know where people are to let them know there is a reunion then you most likely already know what they are doing so it's all rather pointless.
