The one who deserved the *spit sound* was not the ref bruh, check the facts before you go accusing people of stupid reasons, if you check out the exact words that wore spoken, and given the language they were said in, you would not say shit like that (FYI the ref got justice afterwards). The language was romanian, check the fuckin word "NEGRU" in the romanian dictionary and translate it for yourself. Again the word in NEGRU and not what stupid piece of shit nobody Webo understood.
