Please understand that they have never tried something even close in their entire life. Since they grew up eating food that’s completely different than ours, they might not like some of our food. That doesn’t mean they are disrespectful. Hope you all can understand. What’s amazing is they very excited to try more Nepalese food as they now know how different they taste. Momo originated during the Cold Winter Newar (Nepal) 🇳🇵 Tibet war where the Newars had 'Kachilaa' (Newari Raw meat dish) and the Tibetan had their flour dough. One Cold winter day Both parties came together and exchanged their dishes or food they had at that time and mixing them up.Thus giving the origination of the Now Famous 'Momos'👍

Dumplings or momo are thing you need to aware of cause first time eating it can give a unusual feeling(better be warm). I used to not like momo but after somerime eating it in different restaurants it became my comfort food. So good

Ask them to eat a plate of momos two times in few days gap. Then don't give them for 1 month, most of them will start craving and start begging for it. Also you should ask them to taste it when they are really hungry not when they have their stomach full.
