THE VENOM. A $2,650 buy-in with a $10,000,000 prizepool. Everyone at this final table has locked up $75,000 for getting past a total field of 3,646 players, themselves included. $1,200,000 goes to the winner (and a rant about the payout structure is a story for another time.)
I honestly thought this was gonna go for 4-4.5 hours, so I'm glad I ended up not going to deep into the night (and only cost the computer 2.10GB of hard drive space).
I might be recording my own tournament gameplay for RU-vid pretty soon. Just waiting for a RU-vid-worthy occasion.

Most tourneys 9th place prize money is usually 1/10 ( 10 percent) of first place, this tourney, its half that! Huge difference

Yeah, it seems ACR has corrected that in the 16 months since this. Not nearly as top-heavy now. I honestly considered making a video about it and how archaic of a pay structure it is, but they corrected it too quickly.

How did acr stream this? Couldnt players just watch this stream to see all cards haha

Oh no no. This version of the broadcast was released on a 30 minute delay, and if you've ever played online poker, no one hand would ever take nearly that long. It could still provide use to the players if they last long enough, they can use information from earlier in the game to see how other players played certain hands, but there's no danger of everyone seeing each other's cards in real time.

Congratulations :) And you're Daniel Charlton too, I feel like I've heard of you from watching IRL poker... Just looked you up on Hendon Mob. You finished 32nd at the 2019 Main Event? Congratulations on that too. I'll try to remember that if your name come up again at ACR.
