I’m not sure if this is what you mean, but it might be because of which side ends up facing out. My work seems to curve inward usually, and I flip it inside out to get the clearer, more detailed side on the outside. It might also just be differences from the type of yarn used. Hope this helped! :)
I swear I just started Crochet, and everytime I wanna go learn something I immediately go to your chanel, you describe everything amazingly and I can follow along perfectly. Thank you!!
Ok so I’m 12 and I started crocheting last yr but gave up I recently picked it back up again I’ve always wanted to make a bee and today I managed to not only COMPLETE it in one hour but also do a magic circle Tysm! I made my first project today!
Good for you. I'm Also 12, and got in the habit of literately crocheting every day and came across the bumble bee that i thought was so CUTE, and also made a few axolotls. I hope your projects go well! ❤
Yay! This is so helpful, I was wanting to make myself a big bee, but I was worried I would do it wrong since I haven’t done many projects with crocheting. Now I can make a small bee and not worry if I make a mistake because it isn’t as big as the big bee and should be easy to fix :D
@@jul2447 Well I would have used regular yarn that wasn’t necessarily thicker, so that’s why. But yes if you had thicker yarn it would probably be easier to fix.
I just wanted to say I appreciate all the small details and the effort you put in these videos. I’ve watched a lot of crochet videos but I tend to lean more towards yours! They’re so neat and detailed. I appreciate the time stamps and the recommended videos in your description!💜💜 thank you!!:) you taught me to crochet💜
I have NEVER crocheted in my entire life and I’ve always tried to but given up. Then the tiktok bees starting trending and I really wanted to make one but all the tutorials were too hard. I had already lost hope but I decided to try one more time and I just happened to click this video. I WAS FINNALLY ABLE TO CROCHET FOR THE FIRST TIME! He is super cute and I have named him Bartholomew the Bee 😌 thanks for the super easy tutorial!
Thank you very much for this tutorial. My grand daughter wanted a bee and without this I would of not been able to make her as happy as she is, Both with me and her baby bee. This is my first ever amigurumi . I am also working on your wheat sheaf stitch blanket, my other new learned skill.
Me and my sister have watched countless videos and have failed again and again. This is the first video in which we both made the thing being shown,I’ve now made two bees and I’m planning on making two more. My sister has made one and she is gonna make another one! Love this video it’s so easy to follow!!
I’m almost 12 and I’ve wanted to make one of these bees for a while. I’ve used multiple tutorials and just couldn’t get the magic loop, or the ones without it ended up not working. Your magic loop tutorial really helped me, and I’ve just finished a blue and black bee because I can’t find my yellow yarn. It’s good to practice though! My first bee took about an hour and I started a second am almost done and it’s taken me around 20 minutes. I’m definitely going to give this as Christmas gifts! Edit: When I made this, I didn’t have any stitch markers or safety eyes. I recommend using a hoop earring or a paper clip for a stitch marker, and just stitch on the eyes as you would the mouth. I have those supplies now and my yellow yarn! I love my bees!
I'm a newbie at crochet. I had fun making this! It looks so cute. I used brown yarn instead of black, and omitted the mouth. This is my first successful amigurumi! I had 25 stitches somehow, but it still worked!
Thank you for such a wonderful video! I made this and my parents squeaked with excitement when I presented it to them! It's also very helpful that you give such clear, detailed instructions and time stamp the sections too. Thank you so much
So cute and sweet. Thank you so much. It just so happens that I live in the USA but am originally from England and our local football team is Brentford (They got into the Premier League starting last year) Their emblem is a Bee 🐝 (of course), so I am tickled with this. Plus, I want to leave them around for Random Acts of Kindness too. Thank you so much for this, much appreciated. God bless you🥰😘
Hi Yvonne, that’s a great idea! I can imagine lots of bees around the place for random acts of kindness would definitely make someones day. Thank you so much.🥰🧶
Also handy if the slowest mode on RU-vid isn't enough -- find the extension Frame by Frame for RU-vid in the Chrome Web Store (assuming you're using Chrome; dunno what works in other browsers, sorry) and install it in Chrome. Frame by Frame gives you two little forward/reverse arrows in the RU-vid screen that lets you forward/reverse...Frame by Frame! So handy for this and loads of other things as well! Thanks for this tutorial and all your work; I've been learning to crochet since October 2020, and you've been awesome!
Thankyou for teaching me how to do a cute bee , excellent instructions. Also Thankyou for your magic circle tutorial, your directions are so easy to follow!!! 🐝Thankyou🐝Thankyou🐝
I LOVE THIS TUTORIAL IT IS AMAZING. My bee looks so cute I did white and maroon for it. I just had some problems with pulling back the knots into the body because it would just get caught in the small hole and make a dent in the body but that problem could be solved easily. THANK YOU!!
Thank you so much for this tutorial. It was the first amigurumi I ever learned how to crochet and inspired me to create my own local crochet plush business!
Thank you so much for the tutorial! I'm new to amigurumi and this little guy is my very first crochet toy 🐝 I love how it turned out though it's not perfect 😅 But now I feel myself more confident and ready to crochet a big chubby friend for my tiny bee 😍
Hi, I absolutely love your videos. For your next one could you maybe make an onion? Or maybe even a vegetable series! Thank you so much for your amazing videos and projects, Love Rosa & May Toys
Glenda at Creative Grandma had mentioned that her Grandson Cody learned amigurumi from your channel. I've watched a few of your amigurumi videos and I have to say, you do an excellent job. I want to try it soon. 🙂
Hi I’m new to chrochetting (idk how it’s spelt) and I rlly wanted to make this bee. My friend who does chrochet said it would be difficult but your tutorial is so good even I (a newbie) could follow it! Tysm
This is the second thing I've made now from your tutorials and I'm in love 🐝💛 I can't stop making them now and I'm slowly working towards a whole swarm of bees! Will have to crochet a hive for them all too 🤣
So cute! I was making a large bee from your other tutorial with chunky yarn but I ended up pulling it all out because it was wrong! Now I'm making this mini bee and it's coming out great. I have a sale at my school (it's a sale for charity) and I'm making these ! Thank you so much!
Did she forget to do the wings?? Or is that just me?? LOVED THE 🐝 I’m only in 7th grade and I’ve NEVER crocheted in my life and this was such a easy video tutorial and I finnnaly made it!! I tried following other tutorials too but I had to restart 3 times!!! Thank you sooo much!!
Actually I’m a beginner and some of my family really is a professional at crochet somehow I really REALLY like they’re crochet! SHE REALLY DID MAKE IT LIKE ONE DAY!!!!
for anyone who can't make a magic circle or struggles to make one you can chain three and slip stitch it to the first stitch and it'll work just fine, or at least for me it worked out ok. You'll just have a tiny hole when you finish it. edit: then stitch 6 single crochet in the ring. so you have your tiny ring.
I watched this entire tutorial with my cat riveted, nose to the screen ... I guess I’ll be making Miss Sunny some cat toys 😻. This will be a first for me, but it looks like a fab way to use up all the cotton scraps from my summer of crocheted market bags. Thanks Robin!
Such a helpful video! My bee is so cute! Thx so much! Edit: just came back to this after 10 months when I just started. I saw the mini bee I made then😂 not only was the pattern wrong, the crochet was also inside out.
Just made this with big twist Tranquil yarn and it came out so stinking small and adorable! [used 3.mm hook/D] perfect for my key ring! now to make an army of them. >:)
I love this little bee and your tutorials are really clear. I wonder if you would consider a tutorial of an appliqué bumble bee? I love bees 🐝🐝🐝🐝and haven’t found a clear tutorial for a bee appliqué. That would be so lovely 🙏🤗👋🏻🌈💕🧶
So I just started crocheting and jumped right into this! Had fun and my bee looks like a dark little happy mistake, but he is mine so no body touch him!
