we arent going anywhere until all that is written be fulfilled, including the tribulation. nowhere in the bible does it say we will not go through the end times, in fact half the bible is telling us specifically that we are going to go through the end times, including the words of Jesus in matthew 24 that tells us that before He returns, we shall see the abomination of desolation and then there shall be great tribulation, and then we shall see Him return. read it for yourself and think about it because this teaching of pre tribulation rapture does not exist in the bible

The last question was about the end of the world/age........some translations say world, but the study bibles usually indicate that a better meaning for the original language was age, the church age.........with that in mind.......the reading of Matthew 24 might make more sense to you. Israel went through several destruction's after the death of Christ, particularly around 70 AD

@4 ever i do only read KJV bible. as for me being right or wrong, only time will tell. however, if we see the antichrist and still not raptured, then we will know that i`m right and this pre tribulation rapture teaching, which is not even in the bible, is wrong. i would like to ask you to provide any scriptures that back up a pre tribulation rapture. if there is a pre tribulation rapture then the bible should be absolutely loaded with verses which tells us so. please provide some that you have read which clearly tells us of a pre tribulation rapture, and do not refer me to a preacher who can explain it better than you can, otherwise you are staking all of your faith in what a preacher says instead of what the bible says. so please provide multiple scriptures that tells us directly that we will be raptured before the tribulation..thanks

The word "tribulation" keeps being used to refer to the end of time and everyone fails to use it to describe the killing of the prophets, the killing of the apostles, the killing of the saints in the arenas, the invasion of Islam during the dark ages, the ten million self proclaimed Christians who were killed alongside the Jews during the holocaust, the current killing of Christians in China, the Middle East and parts of Africa......what's it gonna take for people to call a spade a spade?

if you read this chapter that amir is talking about, then you see that it does not say what amir is teaching. it says there will be a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, then it reiterates what it just said by saying and now you know what withholds the man of sin from being revealed. read it for yourself if you want to know the truth or dont read it if you prefer to have your ears tickled by amir and others who are pushing this false doctrine... read 2 thessalonians 2

Yes God's Word does explain itself, but many choose to make it say only what they want it to say. This is their deception and downfall in these troubling times . God Bless and keep us in His Holy Word

gypsy girl so true. My husband and I read our entire Holy Bible beginning from page 1 to last scripture I Revelation. We were shocked and amazed at what we read. We realized we had been taught very little in the Bible and it wasn't the full truth. We felt let down by our families, and our churches. Why did people not teach us about God? Why did they not pray over us. No wonder we live in such a mess in America. I felt like Josiah when he found out what was in the book.

Careful when you accuse brethren. Is that not what the mystery of lawlessness is about? 2 Thess 2 of course must be read. But remember that Bible text, taken out of context without co-text, is a common error. The timing of the Rapture might be debatable, because it is not doctrine. The Rapture itself however, irrespective of when it happens, IS doctrinal so is not up for debate. So please let us be hearers and doers of the Word. Let us love each other in Christ as He loves us. And stop the pointing fingers.

Please read all of Titus paying particular attention to the word 'hope' in Chapters 1 and 3. In BOTH cases 'hope' is defined by Paul as "eternal life". There is not one reason within Titus to believe that 'hope', blessed or otherwise, is anything other than eternal life.

It's just not believing in God, but repentance that will save you. I myself was once a Catholic. Yes I believed in God. I went to church. Went to confession and said my sins to a man behind a wall. I thought just going to church and believing in God that's all it took. I also did the things I shouldn't have done. Now that I'm a Christian I have a close relationship with Jesus Christ. He died for my sins. So anytime I do something wrong if it's lying, cussing, or being inpatient I always ask God for forgiveness. It's not just being good that would save you. It's repentance and believing that God died for your sins.

Repentance does not save us. Believing in the finished work of Jesus by faith through grace. BELIEVING.... Not repentance which is to "turn from"... salvation comes upon BELIEF.... Confessing Jesus is our Savior.

it is the very worst teaching because its not what that passage says...read 2 thessalonians for yourself , where it say the falling away and the man of sin be revealed, then reiterates the same thing right after that by saying that is what is withholding the antichrist...its the falling away that is withholding the antichrist from being revealed, and must happen before Jesus returns. and then read matthew 24 where Jesus said that before He returns we will see the abomination of desolation and then great tribulation of that, then we shall see Him return

healthyamerican the verses you are speaking of refer to the time he will be returning at the end of the tribulation. He does not come down to the whole world in the rapture. He calls from the heaven with trumpet and the dead in Christ rise from the grave and we believers are caught up in the air to be with him where He is. He has not left Heaven yet. He promises we are not destined for wrath. At the end of the tribulation you read that he comes back to the world WITH us all.

I would say it's more a case of the daily sacrifice being removed , or the perpetual sacrifice (Jesus). Removing Jesus from every part of society shakes the faith of the saints and as Amir said there will be the great falling away a falling away gives rise to the antichrist and persecution.

If you read any of the old 1800 preachers messages, they believed Mystery Babylon the Great Harlot had to be removed before the antichrist would be revealed. There are so many thoughts about who has to be taken out of the way. We must not simply say, it is the Holy Ghost (the Body of Christ) just because it feels good. And, to build a whole doctrine around that one verse is a bit unnerving to me. But, I do hope you are right. There may be three raptures, actually. Looking at the words of Jesus in the gospels, He says, "If I come in the second watch, would you be ready? If I come in the third watch, would you be ready?" There was no need to mention the first watch because they were ready. God is full of mercy and longsuffering to usward. It would not surprise me at all if He has three raptures in mind for those that get saved during the Time of Jacob's Trouble. My guess, they are of Jewish descent, so if you are Gentile, this is your time.

It will be as they believe, even Amir says, "its up to us, we can come rare, medium or well done". Remember the written word that tells us many would come through TGT after being martyred. Wonderful merciful Father!!

Someone said, I think it was my pastor, those who believe we have to go through tribulation, it’s putting the focus on themselves, like saying they don’t need Jesus. It doesn’t put Jesus at the center. It’s very self focused which isn’t scriptural, but you know part of the great apostasy is people thinking they can conquer stuff on their own. *cough cough Joel Osteen* That way of thinking doesn’t show we are sinners meant for destruction in need of a savior. I would love to avoid the great tribulation, but I'm still not sure that we will avoid some of it. God's judgements will happen until the 6th seal, then God's wrath will come. This is what we are told we are not destined for.

Diane Orrin exactly..... we’re not meant for HIS wrath - but that doesn’t happen until the end of the tribulation. The first part is Satan’s unleashing his venom on the people of the earth which His children have had to endure throughout history. But when God releases His wrath (at the end), then He will remove us or provide safety for His children.

Tommy C. True...however, the Holy Spirit lives in each believer to convict of sin, guide and comfort. That is why the believer in Christ is able to do the "greater things" because Jesus said he would send the Comforter. So when Jesus calls us to meet him in the air, the Holy Spirit is in and among us being taken out!

Tommy C, the presence of the Spirit-filled church is restraining the manifestation of the Antichrist until it’s raptured to the place Jesus promised to prepare in his Father’s house and take us to. How is that possible? You may as well ask how it’s possible for the gates of hell to not prevail against the church. It’s not by human power but God’s power moving thru human beings. And the word translated as “falling away” actually just means a “departure” event, so what is being departed from depends on an object in the sentence or the context. There is no explicit object in 2 Thess 2:3, so we get the meaning from the context in verse 1, the rapture. So, Paul said to not fear that the day of Christ had come because the rapture must happen first then the man of sin be revealed, and he reiterated it by saying the restrainer will continue to restrain that man until it’s taken away.

Bible History Science Hi there my friend! I hope we can have a friendly discourse here. We all continue to learn and work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. Yes. I do agree that God is the ultimate power that restrains. I also believe that we as Christians have a wonderful part in evil being restrained here on earth by the change in our own lives and not being overcome of evil. God's prevenient grace is still here on earth. On that day that the Christian is taken out of this World, the Holy Spirit and His restraining influence and the Holy Spirit of God who lives in us will be taken out of this World. 1 John 4:4

We all as believers in Christ understood and have witnessed at present that there are many false brethren in the Church explains in the book of Jude. Satan is relentless in the last days and he will infiltrate the Church and defile the true doctrine of the Gospel so to speak. The "Falling Away" is backsliding from the faith in Christ it is not the rapture if I must put it. I understand where you're coming from but if you will when Christ was on earth He had a hard time with those who continued to oppose Him. After the ascension of Christ, the Apostle also had some very hard time dealing with these wicked religious leaders. Please understand from my perspective with regards to believers being the "restrainer" yes we may bring the Light and the Salt to the unbelieving people and only they can choose to believe or reject the Gospel of Christ. On the contrary to restrain the principalities of evil that will ultimately be the will of the Father...you have truly said so.
