One thing I notice about the transfiguration is, that Peter supposedly knows who Mose's and Elijah are by sight. This also only could be known from God telling them. There wasn't photo's and such back in those times, so how would they recognize them without God placing it in their minds? In my mind there is no way they could know otherwise. Mose's lived about 1500 years before Peter, and Elijah about 870 years.

If we read the Bible written in Hebrew, the people of God Yahuah called Yahudim. Lord Jesus in Hebrew is Yahshua. So, even the Holy seeds carried the father namé. Jew words in Hebrew is Yud, too far from Yahudim. The Bible says in time of King Nebuchadnezzar, he took all the Hebrews out of Israel and replaced his own people to live in Israel. The Pharisees and Seducees and Publicans, they all called themselves Jews but Lord Yahshua called them Pharisees. It's very clear that till now, the Hebrews didn't go back yet in Israel. And in the right time in God's schedule, He will bring them back again in their own land. So the Jews or the Yud are coming back in Israel right now. The Maccabees story is amazing though they were not of Hebrew blood but they obey God Yahuah . They were of Syriac tounges, not Hebrews tounge. But according to Prophet Esdras, the Northern Tribes of Israel will be back in Israel after Lord Yahshua is finish with the Antichrist and evil.
