Amira Willighagen & Friends sing "MY WAY" Comme d'Habitude | REACTION 

I have to agree with what Les Cox said 2 months ago. Although the Flower Duet Amira did with Corlea Botha was excellent. It was amazing the way she worked with Corlea in that performance. And Corlea, herself, is an excellent singer. But for Amira, being so young at that time, and performing so flawlessly, it was amzing.

Amira has this effect on millions, I have a reasonable collection of wonderful classical singers and that includes Corlea Botha, Joan Sutherland, Maria Callas, Katherine Jenkins & Lesley Garrett but none have the tone and warmth of this girl and none have before had me crying with absolute joy. I repeat what I said before Amira has the most beautiful voice on this planet.

When you get down to it, Every country has a load of talent you never knew or know about.

This is not just listenig to a song. This is a true beautyful experience. All GREAT singers and then Amira,s turbo input . Man o man ,i have no words anymore. Amira is a one of a kind ,out of this world singer and person. She is the cherry on the cake.

First time i watched your channel. Awesome. I was part of this concert. Travelled all the way from Fiji in the South Pacific to witness my dream singer;Amira. I have to say this song really made me cry. I'm a 19 years old teen that put all my personal savings to be at her concert. It felt more like HEAVEN. I can now rest in peace because i had a taste of heaven.

It is a very good video and they are all great singers but I wish they had included more individual roles for the women. But over all, it was a really fantastic presentation of their talents of Classics is Groots. These people put on world class entertainment every time they perform. If I could, I wold be there for a live performance; especially for Amira. That is at the top of my bucket list.

I am a long time fan of Maria Callas, but since Amira came on the scene I don't listen to her any more. I have a few wonderful versions of great singers singing Song to The Moon, but Amira now owns it. She was probably 11 when she recorded it. Two more really special songs for you are (type in 'Ave Maria Gomez') and you will see Amira in her local church when she was 11. Her brother plays a terrible intro on the violin but stops when she begins to sing. It's one of the most beautiful things you will ever hear. Also, type in Amira with Andre Rieu singing O Mio Bambino Caro. Absolutely outstanding. Let me know what you think.😊

Hi Nephi - yes, a wonderful version of the classic song - the next Classics is Groot is on 9th of June in Pretoria, South Africa for which I have tickets and it will be the first time I see Amira live - close to getting the permission wrapped up for Amira to perform at my son's 21st birthday next year in January 2019

The finale of the 2017 concert Classics is Groot in south Africa. All the performers come on at the end and sing a line. Amira sang three songs in this show, Nessun Dorma , the Flower duet with Corlea Botha, and Amazing Grace. The others sang in various combinations, the whole thing was more than two hours of music and dance .

+Nephi: I realized that you have - just like me - another favourite in this performance - besides Amira: The guitarist. His name is Juan "Floors" Oosthuizen. He is, together with his wife Devereaux van der Hoven-Oosthuizen, the writer of most of the arrangements performed at "Classics is Groot" and "Afrikaans is Groot".

The first guy Joseph Clark does a fantastic Bohiemium Rhapsody on the same show only 2018. It is listed under Classic is Groot. on you tube. You might check it out, and of coarse Amira is very special.

I am fully in love with Amira's voice. You are right great voices. I bought this dvd Classic is Groot 2017. A thrilling show of all kinds of music. They do Classical to rock. All great performers, but I still love Amira most. I then bought 2016 and 2018. Non stop entertainment

This has become the finale for the Classics are Groot shows in South Africa. This was from the 2017 show. They sang the same song in 2016 too. You should listen to Amira. sing with the ensemble of the Afrikaans is Groot show in November 2016. They perform the Our Father in Afrikaans, "Ons Vater". Exceptional. performance. I think you will really enjoy it. She performed this 4 month's after the O Sole Mio duet with Patrizio Buanne which I believe was the first Amira reactions you did. Enjoy.

These were by name - in the order of their appearance on stage: Joseph Clark, Swing City (Loyiso Bala, Nathan Ro, Graeme Watkins), Tarryn Lamb, Monique Steyn, Corlea (who sang the "Flower Duet" together with Amira), Jannie Moolman, Ruhan du Toit (singer of "Touch of Class", with whom Amira recorded the duet "Follow your heart", one of the best songs on her new album) and last but not least: Amira! I've been watching you reaction videos to Amira. But you need to check out another artist. Though not a singer this young lady has more talent in her little finger than any ten artists out there. Go check out Emily Bear. She mostly preforms her own music along with an occasional classic. She will flat blow your mind!!!!
