Ammu and Rhea cane over for lunch and we had a fun atternoon with lots of laughs and some good food,here’s sharing some with you
Grilled mughlai kabab
Ingredients
Chicken 500 GMs (boneless cubed)
Green chillies 2nos
Garlic cloves 3-4
Ginger 1 inch piece
Cashew nuts 10-15
Fried onions 1/2 cup(1large onion)
Kashmiri chilli powder 2tbsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp plus more for basting
Amul cream 2tbsp
Lemon juice from 1
Salt to taste
Method
Make a smooth paste of all the above ingredients
Marinate the chicken for atleast an hour
Skewer them with vegetables of choice and grill in oven or stove top basting with ghee and turning over occasionally for 26-35 mins or till done

Dough ingredients
Flour 250 GMs
Yeast 5gms
Salt 5 gms
Sugar 38 gms
Milk 60 ml
Warm water 70 ml
Butter 40 gms
Method as shown
Custard
Egg yolks 2
Sugar 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2-tbsp
Vanilla 1-1.5 tsp
Milk 1-1.5 cups
Make a slurry with corn flour and a little milk ,Whisk egg yolks and sugar bring to flame on low heat add milk slowly add vanilla mix well stirring continuously add in the corn flour slurry cook on medium heat till you get thick custard consistency transfer to bowl place cling wrap over it allow to cool and set in fridge to set well till piping time
