I think that people look at them as a possible love story because of the attraction he had for her . Plus the statement he made to Schindler about wanting to move to Switzerland or somewhere else with her and wanting to live with her and grow old with her when Schindler told him that he wanted helen to go with him to his camp. Amon acted like this because he had a war going on within himself. He was torn between being a nazi and all the crap that he had been told about the jews and other races of people and his feelings for helen.
I think the more appropriate songs would've been its sad to belong to someone else when the right one comes along, what's love got to do with it by Tina Turner, demons, animals.

@@melindanewton6303 Well, I can understand that sentiment, I did reuse some video from one of these to Hunchback of Notre Dam's Hellfire song, which I found far more fitting "Chose me or your pyre, be mine or you will burn!". I'm considering of splicing in that scene of Schindler noticing the ashes for that part.
