During worldwide quarentine I've had time to delve deeper into the world of perfume. Months ago I first came across Jeremy Fragrence simply due to the algorithm. I can understand how he has mass appeal, but personally I found him abhorrant and painfully self-ingratiating. The Jerry Bruckheimer of youtube "influencers". I had to look further for a more mature and better articulated reviewer - one who made it about the fragrance and not self-promotion. I'm happy to say I have found it. Subscribed.

Beautiful fragrance. I remember someone describing this one as like a magical enchanted forest, just after a mild rainfall. Which I thought was spot on.

With the exception of Reflection and really Jubilation XXV my collection of Amouage is self indulgent. Each is such a delight for me. Each having its own experience. Love your description of Memoir's development. It always enhances my own. Thank you. We are in a statewide lockdown here in Georgia. So glad I can watch the runs on grocery stores from the comfort of my home. We are fortunate to have our home on about 5 acres so we get to have nice walks each day enjoying our spring flowers, sunlight and fresh air. Be well my friend. Ciao.

Great video. I need to check this out. I went on a similar journey with Beach Hut. I hated it the first time but really enjoy it, sparingly, in hot weather.
I have the Amouage GIFT set, which has 45 x 2ml samples. It misses Lyric Man, but Memoir Man is in my sample set. You are exactly right about this fragrance. I like the scent as well. For me, the beautiful "green" scent is great. Excellent review.
Just discovered your channel after I tested out 5 amouage fragrances. I got my jaw dropped...I feel like they didnt wanted to create these fragrances for man or woman. Its a memento for the names themselfs. Memoir is like a frightful dark church for me after a requiem. Brilliant fragrance. Fantastic content btw, you are my fav so far!
Hi AC. Realy like your channel, passion with a soothing voice. I purchased memoir today. On my radar for a while. Ive learned to love this one. Weird but special fragrance. Now at my 16th bottle of amouage i guess. Must be my favorite brand. Keep up the good reviews. A joy to watch
This was an excellent and extremely informative video. I blind bought this yesterday cause I liked the notes and the black bottle. Foolish I know. But after seeing so many youtubers I respect speaking highly of it, I’m feeling a bit more comfortable about the blind buy. Once again, just an amazing video. Thx to choose this butifule and so special iconic fragrance,, I called the black beast of amwage,, I'm totally agree with you but on my skin sometimes I can get some smoky like tobacco smell,, maybe I'm wrong but in general I like it, and I will buy full bottle 😉👍🌹

Haven’t smell it YET.Is it as wearable and pleasant as Dia in your eyes?As a few months ago a beautiful lady came into my car,and she told me that she wears Memoire woman.I know that they’re not the same ,but intrigued me is man version magical as well??

One of the few Amouages I've still not tried ,I know I have a sample somewhere but hearing mint makes me ok with putting that off 😂 Appreciate your thoughts on this one!

Just a great review. Loved Memoir at first sample sniff. Had to get the real thing (not taking lot of credit as no California Clone was avail). I get a gothic vibe. Thanks for this review and earlier inspiration to sample and hunt artemisia in other scents.
Thanks for this informative review AC! This one is on my radar for a while now, it seems a bit underrated. I think it’s gonna became my signature scent one day. But first I wanna go through my designers and easy niche to train my nose..:))
Great review as always. Love this one, a bit too herbal for the first hour, but it's magic after and I don't like green. You didn't mention tobacco; but soon as I honed in on that, I felt like I 'got' it. Probably my fav Amouage out of those I tried after Jubilation XXV & Reflection Man.
Thanks buddy. I actually get no tobacco what so ever, and nor do i get any leather. Worm wood , Olibanum and sandalwood are the majoy players plus the ones I mentioned in the review.

I just picked this up today amouage is my favorite house this will be my 7th amouage now trying to find a good deal on lyric also trying to find oveture man in usa so hard to find moght have to buh off amouagr website full price sadley .
I love this scent do you think i can pull it off in summer but not super hot days amouge my favorite house i own 6 right now i plan on getting this and imitation real soon
Memoir Man, Epic Man and Journey man are my 3 top Amouage. Personally I would love if they would add some of these animalic accords from Epic Man to Memoir it would be my no 1 overall. You have that feeling that you are in deep, dark, but green forest with memoir, however with animalic notes you would feel like you're wild animal in home there. But still even without it this is master perfumery.
AC... Fabulous review. I need your input here please. Which Amouage will you recommend for a signature scent? I want something complex, opulent and one which transitions on the skin.
Larry why do you want a signature scent ? and why would you want an Amouage as a Signature scent? it will kill your olfactive nerves, they are very strong. Drop the idea of a signatiure scent and try as many as you can, there are so many amazing fragrances :)

There discovery 📐 set has scents that differ from the 350$ bottles no doubt about it God bless I love amouage Memoir man Epic man lyric man Reflection 45 are my favorites and the jubilation is awesome 👍🏾
