actually, I think late 90s to early 2000s GT cars are a class of car sorely ignored by almost every current sim out there. They would go really well with the GT1 class.
I agree with you, AMS2 is the Sim I always put on, Even more so now, I began Sim racing using a PS4 and AC, Though Console still got a place, As without using the console I wouldn't have found I enjoyed Sim Racing so much, Sim racing helps with the mental health issues, I suffer from CPTSD along with depression and Anxiety and get days that lets just say are not good, I needed to find a hobby I could do that would help with Anxiety, Sim racing not a cure but for the restless legs days it helps, But yeah it is a pity AMS2 isn't on a Console, It would be amazing if it was available for PS4 users, People are still using the PS4 yeah, Still though at the same time, Sim racing on a PC is a lot more engaging on a PC from what it is like on Console, Thanks to Sim racing I have took interest in building or as I say Putting a PC together, I found flat pack desks more complicated than a PC lol, nor I ma joking there but now because of the Sim racing I have learned how to put a PC together if I needed too, I am thinking of doing an AMD PC for music production, But at the moment the intel i5 12600k is a fantastic CPU, It is what I am using at the moment, Not even crazy expensive either, I even been reading up the i5 10600k is even a top CPU, So many options with PC builds, It is the reason I have taken interest in PC building is the sheer amount of different CPU's, There is a lot of CPU's too, Lol, Bu the different CPU's and different motherboard's you can put together is nuts, Only bad part is the prices on GPU's, lol, I don't see why they cost so much when they are produced in mind boggling numbers, The profits from both Intel and AMD are staggering so I have read, I think it might be down to the amount of people who are now building their own PC's, It is a great thing to do with a teenage child as a project, even the used market on PC parts are generally good, Not often you get a bad PC part used if you do your homework properly on the seller ect, There are many people who sell top used PC parts, I do believe in creating less E waste too, As computers is the future, But yeah even the new market with PC's is becoming more available for the normal dude down the street to have built their own PC, You can even buy a combo with everything on the Motherboard, All you have to do then is install the motherboard in the case, Connect the connections and even Windows is installed on a M.2 drive, I think that is amazing, At the same time, I do understand why people would want to buy a PC from a PC company, I just think people should learn and have a go, If the person Can't then fine, Get help... Yeah AMS2 is a fantastic Sim for both Pro and learners, I even find the multiplayer amazing, And that is coming from a dude who began Sim racing on Assetto Corsa, On a PS4, Is the multiplayer still a thing on AC with the PS4, PS4 should make an external device or a way someone can upgrade the GPU part or the CPU, Or create a Console someone is able to upgrade either yourself or if you send it away to Playstation, Might be a great idea for Console users, Imagine an intel CPU and nVidia GPU in a PS4 lol..... Yeah AMS2 is an amazing Sim racing title, Rieza are shinning at the moment, For me to put AMS2 on every time I jump into the rig, It shows me it is a fantastic Sim racing title, And affordable when you think of it in hobby terms, It can become a hugely expensive hobby at that, But just like any other hobby can be expensive, And cheap, I am still great full to Sim racing for giving me the want to learn what it takes to be able to Sim race in the first place namely the PC you use, lol..... Great honest view of AMS2 here as I think the same thing about AMS2 lol.... Well put together vid too bro...

Thanks for the excellent review of an unfortunately underated game. Hopefully in time it will gain the prominence it deserves in the sim racing community. I suspect a better online system would help propel it ahead.
Yes, that is something I didn't mention and I know there are issues that need to be overcome to integrate an improved online ranking system but I hope they are able to develop something over the next 12 months.
Nice video thank you, i've been looking about looking for a new sim race title.. I have AC and ACC but always held off from the others titles, May sweep in on this one though, i've been seeing lots of good things since the update, might be worth a go . Thanks for all the detail , good job 👍
Id recommend it! I used to love AC myself but after playing AMS2 for awhile and trying to go back, I just couldn't because honestly I think AMS2 has surpassed it!
I am currently on holiday so can pop on, but from memory, have you switched the safety car/ or double yellow flag option on in the race setup settings?
