Is other system, is often used in chess tourneys. Instead of double elimination bracket, the players that win, plays with players that also win, and the same case happen with the players that lose.

D J to clarify what the other guy said, each round, players play someone with the same “record” as them. So if you’re at 1-2, you’re going to play someone who is also 1-2. If you’re 3-0, you’re going to play someone who is also 3-0.

@@DjGaiden For this tournament? Still in, seeded lower iirc, or placed into lower bracket. Basically for this tournament, losing in pools is still relatively safe.

Of course they aren't perfect, what kind of a criticism is that? He has like 3-5 frames to get a powershield on them, and even then he gets them way more often than any other Yoshi player. While he does crouch a fair amount, crouching is nearly required to land powershields on lasers and he can only really be crouching for 20% of the match tops all things considered.
