That is one wacky consist! Why do you think they have the Surfliner? For a bathroom maybe, since they can't go to the rest of the train?

Everything infront of the ALC-42 was heading to Amtrak's shops in Beech Grove Indiana, which is near Indianapolis. So they usually just put things to go down there on the Cardinal.
