I completely agree. Far better than false vloggers in their 20s who never criticise anything, but pretend every aspect of a journey is 'super' or 'exciting'.
TripAdvisor in March 2022, 21 months after your first class video, shows a nightly rate of P13384 (just above US$255, or A$345) so about six per cent cheaper than the official US$275 a night rate quoted on the hotel's site. Great, idyllic beach.
You may want to contact them direct as the owner has a dislike for 3rd party booking sites. I'm sure they will match it. I was there actually in Jan, they substained a bit of damage from the typhoon, luckily not too bad. It's a lot less "green" and the beach sand had blown up on the grass. Worst though was the corals and clams offshore that were damaged. When I was there they were panting "baby" clams to regrow after the typhoon.
