Amrstrong is the peak of human conditioning and also he's been building that body for 15-20 yrs so his muscle fibers alone would be hard as rock. He's also profecient in multiple combat styles.

Bring it on, Mister Armstrong Alchemist. I am born with very naturally high skeleton density allowing me to naturally punch harder and lift heavier and jump further. I'm Bornstrong. You're Armstrong. A Homunculus has never seen quite a human being like me. I'm literally a real-life modern superhuman. They would so dub my condition severe autism with medical gigantism except that my organs are very naturally large so I'm not dying anytime soon. I stay physically healthy no matter what I do. I can't even grow stomach chub. Instead what grows is much harder than fat and no other part of me grows fat ever. I am very naturally high metabolism with the memory of an elephant. I am Real Superman. My brother calls me emotionally jacked and my jaw is much squarer than my brothers. I am very tall and broad. I was never round or fat and will never be so. My skin is very sensitive and my hearing very sharp. I hear people like me have exceptionally brightened vision too and my psychosomatic strength is higher than my peers although my gigantism physically impedes on my strength. I suffer from anxiety disorders and eating disorders just like many autistic people. My autistic brain is physically larger than it would otherwise be with far more brain matter so giving way to higher neuroplasticity and larger resistance to neurodegenerative diseases. I live in constant extreme manic headspaces. I think you can run very fast if you are extremely heavy but rapidly propelling yourself forth with your strong heavy foundation. But I simply have not found the physical way just yet. I will and I will beat people in running contests. I really don't know my own strength. I'm a very compassionate opinionated creative guy. Very sensitive to psychic energy. I can really just feel the energy aura that you project. I often live deeply consumed by profound negativism like many autistic individuals. Psychiatrists say in cases of people like me our male hormones are spiked through the roof. I'm born tall. You're not. People are quite amazed by my intellectual superpowers. Like many ASD cases, I exhibit OCD being prone to getting frustrated and stuck. Also my left-brained functions are not so dominant so being right-brained my autism diagnosis is this. Classic ASD. My amygdala is enlarged with heightened brain activity. Autism and Asperger's is the same brain disorders. But Asperger patients are on the left-brained end of the autism spectrum. I "can't empathize or sympathize" but my capacity to feel understanding or warm or concerned is greater than my peers. I quickly jump to conclusions and my brain takes massive leeps and bounds so easily connecting the dots. An insomniac. I am that exactly. You would lose to me in an eating contest. Oh. Quite a tangent. Point is, I'm born bigger than you and tougher than you and stronger than you. I'm nonverbal. Socially maladjusted. Bad motor skills. Troubles following directions. I am very depressed. I can't move my rigid gigantic male skeleton without feeling immense pain but my highly sensitive body is a very naturally high endurance and durability body. I puke easier than most people. Like Bradley said once, I "always make a point out of being foolishly stubborn". I am headstrong, A HEADSTRONG SUPERHUMAN
