no i think she found that amusing...to an extent i mean she didn't mind explaining it...i think she just felt it didn't need explaining anymore...fair enough
David is actually a sweetheart i met him at comic con 2 months ago and he gave this little boy a toy right in front of me. And he hugged me. Don't judge someone before you meet them.
@@sweeteepie4ever There's a difference between meeting an actor at a fan convention for two seconds, and knowing them on a personal level. Just because David was nice to you, doesn't mean he acts that way to everyone else.
@@jerelminter but Jason david frank is an exception. He's literally the same at comicon and just outside doing his normal things. He doesn't get paid for going to morphcon or talking to fans or anything, but he does it anyway and he's actually adressed this in an interview. He stayed for an extra hour one time when he was scheduled to leave for somewhere just so he could talk to fans and sign autographs. Mans the goat
I love how down to earth chill she is. Probably an awesome person to hang around and talk to for hours about all sorts of stuff (and film making too). I prefer that so much over this "far away from reality" kind of actors you probably better don't want to meet in person. Amy feels a lot more real. Love to see she's still friends with the OG Power Ranger actors.
Ive met a few celebs at cons and its a mixed bag. most voice actors from anime and video games are awesome people, very down to earth. maybe 1 or 2 who arent. But when i think of down to earth, just all around great to talk to, always interested and invested in every conversation he has, and still has that kid like wonder even after all these years, Adam Savage. How you see him on camera, the excitement etc, thats exactly how he is in person. its amazing.
@@BlankFX apparently they were in that car half a day filming and getting exhausted. Well, supposedly, Amy let one rip and it’s all history after that. Lol
That was, surprisingly, a challenge from none other than David Yost himself. To dress as the Pink Ranger and play the guitar. In front of a hospital for charity I guess. It happened few years ago. And let me tell you, it all made my 5 year old self really happy.
28 years on from when they first worked together on MMPR. They have hardly aged much. Amy Jo Johnson and David Yost were definitely are and still are the best actors to have starred in the original series alongside St John, Jones, David Frank and Trang. The original team of Jason, Trini, Zack, Kimberly, Billy and Tommy, will always be the most iconic one in the first series. I didn't grow with the second team they introduced in the middle of season 2.
Clicked this video expecting to find more great things out about AJJ... Ended up loving David Yost more, such a cool dude, that old cast was great. It's a shame about the behind the scenes things not being so well.
Yes and it has to be Austin that leads the charge against Jason. Finally settling their rivalry. I would love to see a rematch between those two. The two best martial artists in PR history.
I think Amy Jo Johnson has secretly found the fountain of youth and is hiding it from the world. She really hasn't aged much considering her time in the power rangers was in the 90s. It was cool to see David Yost as well. Glad he is doing well and has a good sense of humor. :)
Lol It's amazing.. Like 95 percent of the actors who played Power Rangers still look amazingly good today, it's insane lol. The combination of taking care of yourself, being in good/decent shape, and having good genetics. Good for them. I'm def jealous lol. I wish I had the good genetics part too lol. Only like the actor who played the red ranger from Power Rangers in Space, named Andros, is like unrecognizable today compared to back then (1998 I believe) lol. Just kidding.. kinda lol, I'm sure he's not the only one, but it's rare, and he was the first example that popped in my head lol
@@DirtyMagic i... think she's in toronto? certainly somewhere on the east coast, i believe. ironically, my yearly trips lead me way the hell on the other side of the country.
Absolutely nobody remembers her in the VH1 movie "Sweetwater". I was too old for Power Rangers and that was where saw her first. If you want to see Amy Jo in something completely different here it is: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KuweadEa144.html
It's a matter of someone writing the right script. As a female get's older it's harder to get roles as you get older. Be nice if she can get cast in a power rangers moviem maybe as a mentor
basically, David Yost and JDF are her only Ranger co-stars she talks to or interacts with, the ones she's the closest with, I figure it makes sense, because they were her longest running co-stars on the show.
My younger sister dressed like pink ranger for Halloween. She was more of a Kim fan. I was more of a Trini fan so I was yellow ranger. Season 1 was my fave with the original cast.
This clip from her cameo in Interstate 60 is pretty nice too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fwJXGaF2JEg.html The whole movie by the way is great if you like dark satire and absurd humor... (Oh, go to 1:27 in the video posted above for her arrival in the scene if you wanna skip straight to it, but the context of the first bit of the video makes the whole scene a bit funnier).
You look beautiful like you did before in mighty morphin power rangers you are still beautiful, young, gorgeous and always my favourite pink ranger ❤️❤️💜💜🤍🤍💖💝💝💕💕🤍
I love the 5 original cast there just amaizing people all five with the humbleness and that good sense of humor that makes you be around this guys all day.
Unboxings she did a episode of saved by the bell only saw two episodes of saved by the bell when I was 8 in 1992 though it was terrible later on saw more episodes in 1997 when I was 13 in 1997 she was in one of the episodes of saved by the bell don't remember the episodes title though😜
Sophia Crawford did half of the stunts as the other original Pink Ranger, and she’s the original Stunt Buffy for the first four seasons of Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
She would have made a great Rita Repulsa in the new Power Rangers movie! And Olivia Holt would have made a great Kimberly in the new Power Rangers movie!
