Oh mah lord, this comic has literally given Amy a chance to shine as the hero she was destined to be!! Too bad the chaos energy was too strong for her to control. She would’ve been real glad to see him okay. But, hey, at least she left him ‘something’ to remember her by. 😢😢 Amazing work, Doom! The extreme reverb on Amy’s voice was the icing on the cake! You’ve earned yourself a sub!! 💛💛

The reason why (I think) Amy faded away is like how Eggman said it, her body can't handle all that Chaos Energy. Maybe if she used it in just a short burst there wouldn't be too much damage done to her. 1 Chaos Emerald can already produce near unlimited energy. She has a pure heart sure, but I don't think it's just about that anymore. All 7 can literally overload and disintegrate her. She is an organic being, not a being made of Chaos, like Shadow or... Sonic...? Maybe with some assistance from Sonic, like how he did with Tails and maybe Knuckles on Heroes, but Sonic's unconscious. Her cell's and atom's potential and kinetic energy is being taken over by pure Chaos Energy rapidly. Leaving nothing behind to mark as a blueprint for her body structure to reform. +Another theory is that she didn't have any rings on her to use as fuel. So she just used her own body to store in and maintain all the CE. (Shadow's 'Death' from Sonic Adventure 2?) BUT THAT'S JUST A THEORYYYY

I love how when she first saw Sonic was when he saved her. Now, she last saw Sonic when she saved him QwQ Also 0:28 THERE I AM, GARY!

Seems to be a reference to Sonic Superstars where Classic Amy gets a super form but it just blinks like Tails and Knuckles does and does not have gold and red eyes like Sonic and Silver do. Thier was a Super Amy meme going around everywhere on twitter too and I think even SEGA called it cool one time.

Everyone is sad that this comic kills Amy, but I don't think that's what this is. I think this is more of a bad ending that is recieved if Sonic doesn't collect all seven Chaos Emeralds. As seen in the comic, he only collected 4. Not collecting them all is grounds for a bad ending, whether it be Eggman laughing at you like in the retro games or a main character getting killed. Like Amy Rose. So its like a punishment for those who fail to truly beat the game. Also, as is tradition, all bad endings are non-canon, as they would ruin the events if the main series.

It's about time she unleashes her true potential.

Instead of just disintegrating, i expected amy to just detransform and go unconcious, cause not having a body strong enough would mean she couldn't keep the energy contained and it would just spread out everywhere while her body is fine.

so, this comic is all about a girl who's taken hostage and waits for her hero to arrive, ONLY to get knocked out, and the hostage becomes the predator and kills the kidnapper and later died because she didn't have that kind of endurance? i must say, this comic was average to me since i don't really like romance, it was still good though, you should try to at least be.... more original, because i've seen this kind of story somewhere hehe in other words a job well done
