Limerick were outstanding today and could easily be considered the Greatest team of all time. Kilkenny just collapsed in the second half and Limerick walloped them. 29 All Ireland Final losses for Kilkenny and 5 for TJ Reid. Staggering amount of losses but TJ does have 7 AI medals for KK and 6 for Ballyhale. 13 medals He'll be back

Well deserved win for limerick their work rate is unreal and seemed they were scoring points for fun in last 20 minutes..found space and fired points from every angle ..well done limerick.👍👍k.k's hearts will be broken but by god they should be proud the emmence workrate they put in today was fantastic but just couldnt get over the line..and i so know the hurt will be there but by god the cats should be proud of themselves and ive no doubt they will be back next year too maybe stop the limerick drive for five✨️✨️👍👍🐯🐯🙏🙏🤟🤟

Tommy Walsh, the best player I have ever seen and also probably the most universally liked. Never took a backward step. As a Limerick man, I respect his opinion on hurling more than any other analyst. He was probably hurt during this interview, because of the result, but he has the whole match summed up and you'd swear he was a neutral.

Pre-recorded cheering pumped out of the PA system at Croke Park during pre match parade and throw in drowned out the actual ''live'' cheering in the stadium - very noticeable from our position on Hill 16.

Kilkenny are an average side who know how to park the bus. They fall over at will to give TJ his frees and the referees buy it.Would Kilkenny or Galway get out of Munster? The hand pass has become a joke. The players just throw it away at will

Not an accident that in his list of the great teams in the history of hurling he omits the Tipperary team of the 60s but any Tipperary success is hard for Kilkenny people I suppose give that they fold in Croke park more often than not at the sight of the Blue and Gold.

I thought the game swung on a decision where kk shoukd a got a 65 n limerick got point at orher end, ref was poor as limerick should have had wing back sent off, their half back line was filthy.

If you think a decision about a 65 was the difference between the teams ur delusional Limerick were scoring for fun in the end blew Kilkenny apart got to be able to play the full 70 minutes just cause the ref in this game didn't fall for Kilkenny playing for frees like the one in the clare game did

@@Ma-fh9on at least 2 limerick players shoukd have been sent off, Gearoid Hegarty actually played hurling today so fair play to him but limericks half back line were filthy, one older man in the crowd said they are the dirtiest line of defense since the Tipperary fullback line of the 1970s (known as hells kitchen). I never saw that fullback line but limericks half back line today was as bad as I ever saw.

I think kk were lucky to be there in first place the referee in the clare match handed the game to them on a plate that day the ref today was far more balanced guys on about a wrong decision on a 65 been the difference to the game are delusional Limerick blew Kilkenny a part and I think clare would have given Limerick a much tougher final
