Looking from the hill 16 there was a very strong breeze. Limerick anyalises there oppents from the 1st half and then go after them with there plan. Kinnerick & co is a genius coaching / team Hon the treaty.. Super proud of them. Was on the hill with my 4 sons magical day

Only difference if tipp beat Waterford is that limerick would have annihilated Offaly. And beat Kilkenny in the semi and Galway in final

Thats not it, they would hammered Offaly, then beat Galway in the quarter final, then beat Kilkenny in the semi and then beat either Tipp or Clare in the final.

They won't say it straight out but it's the same on every hurling podcasts, Limerick had to wait since 1973 to win the all Ireland again and now that Limerick have made history with the 4 in row the begrudgers don't want to see Limerick do 5 in a row, the only one that spoke truthfully about this brilliant Limerick hurling team is James Skehill, the rest are all 100% begrudgers .

No matter which county was going for the 5 the rest would want to stop them. You’d need to be from Tipp to experience begrudgery, somehow they all hate Tipp, even Limerick who refer to Tipp as TC’s, that’s Tipp cnuts. Relax and enjoy it because it always comes to an end.

The reason Limerick started to get into the games just before the first half and third quarter, in the semi final and final, Galway and Kilkenny came out and gave it everything to put Limerick away early and build up a winning lead , and when they dipped, Limerick just went into over drive

The difference between when teams having Limerick in trouble and Limerick getting their purple patch v other teams, Limerick are more effective, and score more in their purple patch also they have no weak player in any place , every team will have their good patch , Limerick just do it better when they are on top , as Henry said just too many fires to put out .

The unfair system of Munster vs Leinster in hurling has to sorted. Kilkenny are guaranteed an all Ireland semi final every year without pushing themselves too hard. Rested and fresh for semi final. Not fair. No wonder they have 36 all irelands to go with 75 Leinsters . Change this utter imbalance

Oh sweet jesus Jamsie brings it back to Clare again 🤦‍♂️ the same Clare that couldn't beat Kilkenny were the better team to play Limerick in the final 😂 Dear god the lack of self awareness is a sight to behold. All hail the great Clare who won nothing this year again but could have if they actually managed to win a match 🤷‍♂️

JP has been a hurling man all his life. His first love was his local club, south Liberties Comparing him with the big money men is an injustice to him. He is Limerick, Limerick. He is an enormous life enhancer to many people, to many charities and is a very humble man. Long may he be.

There is no way Limerick were 9 points the better team . Kilkenny missed four open goal,opportunities, and would never be as unlucky again, they may have chosen the wrong cogs in their boots because many of their players slipped at crucial times when in possession. Limerick also got five points from five doubtful,frees. This Limerick team are a long way off matching the great Kilkenny team. We went to seven All Ireland finals in a row and won six of them ......... incomparable .

Jesus lad, as a K.K. man i say take the beating ...our lads were empty at the end and limerick could have done another 30 mins...we had a great team in 06 no doubt ...but this team will be judged by history im sure as the greatest if they win a few more...and they will mist likley do the five...soooo end of, right there. But their run will end too then its back to hating Tipp😂

Tony, I am a huge admirer of KK Hurling and I always gave huge credit to the great KK teams I saw, especially those of the70s and those in the early years of this century. However, this is the first time a team from the same county defeated the Black Amber in two successive Finals. Last year was the first time KK won three Leinster Finals and did have an All Ireland success to go with it and now that is extended to four Leinsters in a row. Limerick have also contested thirteen Finals and won every one of them. They are also, in any six year period, the most successful team ever to come out of Munster, winning Four in a row and Five in a row Munster titles to go with them. The fact is this team has won the last four All Ireland Finals, which included KK twice and Cork, by an average of 9.5 points, despite having very substantial injury problems in three of them. And remember only three of that team have, as of now, reached their Thirtieth Birthday. As I always say, 'admire greatness, where ever you see it'
