WHAT A TERRIBLE DAY AT ALTON TOWERS !!
After such an amazing day at Alton Towers last year, I had high expectations when I went back. However, that wasn't the case at all!
From break down after break down, to hale stones in my face and everything in between. So much went wrong today and I hated it!
Although, the day did end on a huge high! I will be back!

Its pot luck with the weather. Thats the chance you take. They have to make safety their priority. However, they have no excuse for Hex and other indoor attractions that are very often not working. Two years running Hex and Curse have been closed. Not good enough.

On bad weather days you won’t have a good experience so make sure you go in summer when it’s reliable weather wise

To be fair you can't really take it out on the park when they gave you free returns and paid everything for you. It's not their fault that they couldn't keep the rides open through the weather. But i dont really know because i wasn't there lol

We didn't, if you watched it all I said it was a really good gesture. It wasn't the weather that caused the wait times and ride closures. Maybe the vlog didn't make that too obvious which is my fault, but yeah one train on most and multiple technical faults

The rain didn’t stop anything. The wind did but not all day. Every ride had one train running, operations were a shambles, the ride kept breaking down when I was queuing, 3 times on smiler, 4 times on thirteen. Some rides were shut almost all day. Was a terrible day for operations. The weather just topped it pff
