I think the reason he gets faster the more damage he takes is because he's made of concrete and when he takes damage pieces of him are breaking off so that he is lighter overall, might be wrong though.

Tip for playing as peanut and scps in general during the late game, camp checkpoint. It’s easy to get tons of kills by just waiting for mtf at checkpoint. You can send 096 (and 106 to an extent) into entrance to thin out the crowd while the rest of the scps camp checkpoint to take care of stragglers. It’s easy with a computer since checkpoint doors close automatically and computer can just lock the one door to heavy, meaning that it’s easy to get tons of kills. 049 should also be able to make lots of zombies since lots of fresh bodies will be in one place.

You missed out a really good tip hiding, Use doors, airlocks and entrance zone corners to easily get behind a group of people and kill them.

I disagree with you on a few things, but overall this is a great video for someone who’s never really played Peanut before and wants to learn. Thing number one is that I think 106 is absolutely the better tank of the team, and for one simple reason. He can move. If you’re shooting at a 106, with average accuracy you’ll drop 10-30 of his health, tops. That’s because not only does he take almost zero damage from bullets, but he can also dodge and move around. As you included in your video, two facility guards looking at a peanut were enough to deal over 2,000 damage without dying. The movement factor also allows an aware and smart 106 to completely avoid any danger of getting blown up by a grenade. The one area where I’d say that Peanut has the definitive high ground against any other SCP is probably with the Micro. I don’t think you got this wrong, but I also think it’s important that 173 is easy to learn, but probably the second most difficult SCP to truly and effectively master, only after 079. Learning how far you can get on a good teleport can be difficult, and seeing how rarely you’re probably going to be playing 173, getting in good practice against a large group of people is probably going to be pretty difficult. For context (and I may just have bad luck), I have a little over 85 hours in this game, and I’d say I’ve been Peanut in a major public server twice, maybe three times. And I still don’t really know how he rolls, much less do I feel capable of zooming around and getting huge multi kills. Other SCPs take time to get good at too, like Dog, but when you first play them it’s a lot easier to pick up on what you should be doing. For another thing, I think you left out a key issue with peanut. A weakness that you can do absolutely nothing about. And that is bugs. I’ve been in deadchat with many a 173 who was killed by the Anticheat for “flying”, just because they were going up stairs. This is disheartening and extremely frustrating, and is also something that makes 173 even harder to master. I’ve even seen a 173 get stuck in the stairs in Servers. But the real challenge (in my experience, anyways), seems to be rubberbanding. Whenever I’ve played 173, there’ve been numerous times where I’ve been on 1 ping and yet whenever someone looking at me blinks and I advance at them, when they stop blinking I’m placed around right back where I started. This can be extremely disorienting, and really difficult to deal with. It makes escape extremely difficult, and actual killing impossible. On a smaller note, I’ve found 173 is also pretty easy to track, surprisingly. I’d say his footsteps are among the loudest in the game, and it’s pretty easy to figure out if he’s near you. If he is, I always put my back to a wall and look around regularly, and if 173 does find me, I’m easily able to walk right past him and get away. The blinking that also plays a part when 173 is nearby can have the same effect, making it occasionally, but definitely not impossible, difficult to sneak up on people. Other than that, I would say that this video is very well done, and I really look forward to more of these. They’re informative, and I think are a good resource for anyone looking into Secret Lab and want to learn how to play. I think 173 is a fun SCP to play if you’ve got a good team and good Internet, but it definitely has some glaring issues that can make it very frustrating. Oh, and I’m also really interested in hearing your thoughts about the 096 rebalance. Looking forward to that video soon, I hope!

Additional note: if your playing as 173, never go up stairs if you’re being looked at

I just realized some insane combo that could happen if they added an SCP into the game. I don’t know it’s number, but it’s a rock, that, when thrown, creates a distraction that is big enough to to make everybody look at it. So if you threw this, peanut could then just kill everybody while they were forced to look at it

"Easy To Trap" Computer literally helps with one of his weaknesses. It's not the best since you still get trapped for a bit, but you at least don't get perma trapped. Or if 096 is nearby and angy he can bust ya out, or even chaos if they've made a deal with the SCP's.

Although 173 can take a lot of damage its weakness makes it very vulnerable to ntf teams as they do lots of damage and it's much easier to shoot something standing still than it is to shoot something moving like 106. And grenades are hard to use because they are very easy to hear and usually are only used efficiently in elevators as they can't escape the explosion and will 100% die. That's why I think peanut isn't the better tank because although he is harder to kill on paper. His weakness makes him one of the easier SCPs to kill. Also, if you had a team of NTF go against both of the SCPs, some would be scared and run from 106 but 173 would be shot down.

@Simarded, I realized that most people that uses SCP-173 tends to retreat when are low, even though they can snap 2 to 3 people who are shooting in front of them.

I think that larry is the tank, he can survive really long even if a whole squad of mtf is loading on him while peanut instantly dies when more than 5 people empty their magazines in him. So larry is always on front or shyguy while peanut is camping corners

Maybe 173 moves faster when his health is low because he got shorts and it causes him to have less concrete because it got destroyed by bullets so he became lighter and can move faster :D

Also larry is buffed to be balanced, hes got 4500 hp, but theres a flame and freeze thrower, freeze does extra to him but has a chance to not spawn requiring the stuff that does spawn to be used to make the flame into a freeze, flame does most to human targets, also larry can put a portal on a candy bowl and make people unable to get candy which is funny to me

Also not to pry but... 939 has the most combos. Since he relies on eye sight he can just use to team mates to locate them mainly 079 and 096 if they're looking down. And for all the other scps. They need to run away for they're gonna catch up where its time for 939 to strike since they're gonna be seeing them when they're running away. All you basically need to cooperative and helpful teammates by your side and 939 is practically unstoppable. You know what i mean
