The little stores in front of the house are the African way. it provides easy access for convenience. Separating the main commercial areas are just fine; however, the mama stores are very helpful for those who cannot afford acquiring a space to help the family.
Excellent and informative interview. Ms. Karen and Mr. Emmanuel are trying to make this world a better place for God's people, 1 plot at a time. Africaba's Hebrews Heritage Community is a wonderful project to be part of. Congratulations.
This was a great interview, even though the sound was a little muffled and unclear at points. I appreciate the in-depth discussion because it helped me to understand much more about Africaba's community goals. I think your questions were pertinent and addressed points that others may have been or will be wondering about. Thank you for taking time at Africaba, KleviJoe. Emmanuel did a great job of explaining the operations and so did Sister Karen. Nice to see them both. Blessings to all! 🙏🏽💛
@@KLEVIJOE I'm not sure if it was the microphone, the distance or how close each speaker was to it or light breezes. Maybe all 3. I was listening closely to get all the details and I did hear most of the interview.
Emmanuel and Karen , great job explaining the vision of your project in the community . I think Klevi Joe had been very annoying playing the devil’s advocate with his questions . Anybody who want to build into a community must adhere to rules and regulations in place , if you sign on you agree to abide by the rules .
@@kareninghana Yes I can, 90% of Ghanaians don't make 100% a month, therefore any affordable housing must geared towards them. Basic corner to corner homes, without all the bling bling
